Father filed case against his daughter under THE MAINTENANCE AND WELFARE OF PARENTS AND SENIOR CITIZENS ACT, 2007. The daughter is married and living with her husband. She is ordinary house wife and not have earning of her own. Such case is maintainable? Kindly give me the rulings, if any.

hello,
my husband had taken a loan from my father and now he is not giving it back now he has demanded more money but my father is not able to give now, and he has told me to stay at my parents place if i cannot get the funds.Kindly help me what actions can i take??
my father does not have anything in writhing for the money given and had given cash.
Please help!!
he has send the divorce papers,and now even i dont want to stay with him,but now i want to claim maintenance from him and teach him a lesson.

i need some advise from this forum.
just to let you know, that i am victim of false 498a, later i have filed (jan 2011) div case on her on which my wife has accepted to have the div (means it became mutual from being contested one earlier), the stage of case is on 'BAHAS' of the advocates and the only disargument is on the compensation.
she has demanded 40lac rs, while i have no job (infact i have lost my job due to this case thing) in hand. in her WRITTEN BAHAS (yesterday in court) she has asked 1/2 share in my property, technically i dont have any immovable/movable property in my name, the only thing that i have is some bank accounts and investments - which are not in knowledge to her. sir, i am alone son of my widow mother who owns a house, pls advise what should be my stand when i have to counter her WRITTEN BAHAS in the next court hearing.
i also would like to know, just to save the house (owned by my mother), will a trust or will help us - if so what kind and how.
kindly advise.
kidly note, we have completed 8 years of marriage and have 6 year old son. looking forward to have your kind guidence sir.

i have filled a case in court couple of days back against my husdand u/s 498,120,406,420 etc. n my statment date is 10 sept. but today i recieved a call from my local police station that my husband has given some complaint application so i asked to visit ssp headquators tomorrow.
my husband has married married to some other lady without divorced with me and left me and my son alone by saying that he is going abroad.
kindly tell me wat should i do.

As I and my wife have presented papers for mutual divorce,compromise u/s 498A&406 and 125.My wife had filed divorce,498A&406 and 125 and maintanance u/s 24.
Is compromise u/s sec 24 filed in divorce court is also to be presented.wife has received rs 4,00,000/-as lumpsum maintanance as mentioned in sec 13B and 125 papers.
-Is there any documents to be prepared except/more than sec 13B,compromise u/s498A&406 and 125 towards compromise.
-what precautions reg.any cases that a wife may file after divorce/Has filed but not into my notice to be taken,as my wife and in laws very fraud and hungry of money.
pls let me know.

my friend wants to get divorce.
both have signed the MOU and filed the petition of mutual divorce. Court in the judgement says one year minimum separation is required.
50 % amount he has paid to the petitioner against the MOU. as per MOU balance 50 % after decree of divorce.
my question first question is
After the completetion of one year she doesnot come to court what is the proceedings for getting divorce?
second question if she doesnt come is he eligible to get the expartie divorce. If he get the expartie divorce can she claim balance amount against the signed MOU?
third question how much time will it take to get a final divorce if she comes in the court?
it is requested to guide me so that i can help my friend to come out of that critical situation because very shortly his one year is going to complete

can the husband show eviidences in women special cell which shows that he has tried everything to make her wife happy?? And he also tried to reconcile.My family and I are suppose to appear in special cell for women.Wht does this cell do??

My younger brother married in April'2004 and his wife left him in june'2006(went in her brother's marriage & not returned).My father expired in Jan'2010 and my brother expired on 7th May'2011. Now his wife is claiming for the dowery items and jewellery from me and she has filed the claim in the court. Pls suggest what should I do? whether it is claimable from me?

My inlaws are greedy of money
i m from mumbai married in delhi in 1999 i hav two children daughter 10 yrs old and son 3 1/2 years. basically the problem was there with my family that they were greedy for money from start itself but i hav not tell anything to my family. but last two months back i ran with one man and was out of home without giving any information to anyone as he has done some tantrik vidhya on me i trusted that man because he was a good friend of mine. but i dont hav idea that by this way he can spoil my life. now my inlaws are not ready to accept me and my both kids are with them only. but i realise my mistake and i want to start my life with my husband and with my childrens again .
so, please suggest me what i hav do as they are demanding divorcee and i dont want to give divorcee. whether i can get my husband and child or only childrens with me
they came here and we hav a meeting with them but my grand mother in law who is the head of the family is telling now that they are selling the delhi property and they wants that i and my husband can leave together on only one condition that i hav to set my husband on my responsibility by purchasing home an setting into business they are not ready to give any single rupee and i m now helpless as i m here in mumbai with my brother and my parents hav expired and we are from middle class. so how i can buy a house and arrange money for business in short they are indirectly demanding dowry fom me as they are habituated from last 11 years.
