Sir, My father got a piece of plot measuring 125 Sq. Yards from his father by way of gift deed. My father now aged about 50 years old asking Rs.7000/- p.m. each from me and my brother (total Rs.14000 per month) for transferring the said piece of plot (now the market value of plot is about 17 lakhs) infavour of me and my brother. My father is saying that I will register the said plot by way of gift deed infavour of us with the following conditions.
1) We have to pay Rs.14000/- every month towards maintenance till he and my mother alive, if we fail to pay the maintenance of Rs.14000 p.m. he will cancel the gift deed and take back the said plot from us.
2) We can make any construction on the said plot and take the rents but we can not sell the said plot till he and my mother alive.
This type of agreement is legally valid or not. Is there any problem if we agree for this conditional gift deed.
My father is threatening that if we do not accept to the above conditions he will sell the said plot to some outside person without our consent. Is he having full rights to sell the said plot without our consent since the plot he got from his father (means our grand father) by way of gift deed.

Sir,
My wife, as per her father advice she filled a DVA against me Stating(harassment & dowry). We have an recorded Evidence of her father stating " all Jewel & rupees said in the case is not true ". I have filled HMPA on her to rejoin, but she refused before the judge all they expecting is an settlement & judicial separation. When ever I call to her mobile his father will pick up & Pressuring me to give divorce. When I asked her did u need a divorce she is telling no. Also in DVA she stated that " to prevent her from us for threatening her to give divorce" & she asked for Interim Maintenance. I dont know what is his exact idea. When DVA judge ask for a counselling in his chamber she refused for that too.
- Can I proceed the evidence is it valuable.
-In Judicial separation can a person eligible to get Remarriage.
- On what circumstances the court can avoid child visitations[male].

with no other option left i have to sign petition for mutual consent divorce.. but i want to elongate this matter...can any one advise how can i do that ? both my family & my in laws family are in ego fight.. nd in this ego fight both of us life is on stake ... she is not getting right now ... but i m afraid it get too late till c understand this fact... plz help..

Dear Sir,
I have submitted proof affidavit in the family court in my divorce case filled by me.Cross examination has been ordered. Is it compulsory to attend on the same day or can I attend on the next date? Also, during cross examination, can I speak about the points which I have missed in proof affidavit?

If one get divorce at lower court or High Court, can he or she get marry on the same day to avoid further appeal? If legally permissible what will do the other side being aggrieved to get justice?

if interim maintennace granted to wife and husband on appeal got decree reversed and got decree of divorce on ground of adultery.can court restore already given maintenance to wife or just stop further to be given maintenance.which relief or any other relief can be given to husband.
