I need your help I m 25 yr girl I got married forcefully by my parents nd my family. Actually my story is I m in love with a boy who is 25 yr old nd belongs to same caste. I introduce him with my family and initially they accept him I told my family that he is doing job in Indore city but his hometown neemuch city. He doesn't have its own house in indore city but have his parents home in neemuch. I already cleared everything to my family and he also cleared them and he also said that soon he buy home on loan in Indore city. Nd we both said that we both doing job nd we can manage all things in our way after all his salary is 35k nd mine is 30k . He recently live in rental 1bhk flat in indore.Time passed after 6 months of this conversation his family come to meet my family as per my family demand. Nd after few days of this meeting my family suddenly denied that we can't marry u with that guy. And give some illogical reasons that he doesn't have home where u live what u do he is not good in looks what society said to us. I said we both doing job and soon we paln to start our business but my family never agree.i told them we are just 25 yrs old we have more 5 yrs to more settle ourself. i convince them alot. Did Every possible things to convince them. But when I stick on my decision that I want to Mary with only him then they started torture me did emotional blackmail said if u did this we gonna do suicide nd when I tried u reject marriage proposals of another guys they said if u not say yes we will die, nd doing emotional blackmail Nd did forcefully my marriage to another guy in July 2018 But now I m not happy with my marriage. I don't want to live in this forcefull marriage what should I do please help me.

We are two brothers and one sister (all are married). On 17/09/2018 our mother was expired. Now kindly guide how to distribute the assets under her name (Jointly/individual). Our father was are already expired before our mother death and his property already distributed between My mother and all of us.

Hello
2 month ago i met girl. After few days we started live in relationship.
After some days she insisted me to marry with her but due to my family problem i asked time from her but after she again insisted to marry and when i asked her some time she gone in police station and gave complained against me. And forced to marry with her.
In this she tourture me alot and blackmailed me that if you dont marry with me then i will file case of 376 aginst you.
Please help me i never accepted this from that girl everything is in mutual concent

Sir my mother expired in 2014 and we are three siblings. Now we have obtains a legal heir certifiacte from the "Oop jila adhikari" in ghaziabad but that certificate states that the certificate is not valid for any transaction having value more than 5000.00 so what should i do for the transferring the property in the name of all three of us.

Sir.. could you please tell us the procedure according to the special marriage act... actually some are saying that marrying second cousin (comes under prohibeted degree as her grandfather and my grandfather are sibilings) is not valid even though you got marriage there is a chance for obligations...sir.. is it valid if any one of us change the religion and get marraige.. r is there any other procedure for that..sir.. we really need it sir.. as i can't let my wife suffering i want to do anything for her..please sir if possible please tell us in detail.. as no one is ready to hear it at all am requesting you this much...please sir don't consider us as that much cheap as i was abused by someone in previous replies i request if u can advice with concern of our situation we will be happy.. but please stop abusing.. we are not like animals if we are like animals we will cheat others.. but we don't want to cheat any one.. we want us together for rest of our lives... Kindly suggest sir.. i will do any thing for her.. is it possible if i go for adoption? Am 30 and she is 24 sir..

Sir... Am from hindu religion.. i want to marry my second cousin.. as her grandfather and my grandfather were sibilings her mother is not ready to accept our relation. I went to her home to ask them obediently they are not ready to listen at all.. as she told the matter to them, and they are blackmailing her that they would commit suicide.. and they are not even letting her to talk with me.. she is so suffering.. i can't see her like that.. i want to give a happy life for her.. if we both get married according to hindu act 1955 it may become prohibited right and marriage will be cancelled later. i don't want to lose her and it to happen.. inorder to avoid further obligations leagally i request you to kindly suggest us the best way to our problem.. please sir.. kindly anyone.. please sir... Am 30 and she is 25

Sir.. am hindu.. I want to marry my second cousin ( her grand father and my grand father are siblings)... Is it prohibited? If yes how can we face legally means if any prblm occurs how can we save our relation? My doubt is, an in A.P the uncle's daughter and aunty's son can get married? How would it become wrong? And i want a solution for our problem.. we don't want to b apart.. could you plz suggest us the right way to get marriage..?

I filed petition under section 12-1-A(impotency of wife )of HMA1955,In month of 20/04/2014.
On 13/11/2014 my wife declared unmarried status on general affidavit in public .......this false affidavit i submit
to court.. on 20/5/2015 she submitted W.S to family ,and denied all me allegation of petition...
I filled IPC 420 & 406 in criminal
court (under reason that being married she declared unmarried in public and on otherside she sbumitt w.s against me in court
with all false allegation ) Its totally cheating and breach of trust of me ....
In addition I filled RP act 125A & IPC 181 in her hometown court - becase she declared unmarried,no property in affidavit
form no 26. (though she is being married) ,,,so she has to show unmarried status in homwtown court.
(even SC court jugment is typograpic error not accpeted on afffidavit form no 26. it will be as a false
declaration which is offence .)
Family court put exibit no on all documents (My Petition and affidavit ,Her W.S, Her public issued false affidavit too)
Family court took lots of time and judge pass no cross order in favour of husband .... she didnt file affidavit
,and accepted guilty,agreed that she is impotent in front of judge without cross examination...
Even she accepted all my allegations ....
now i want to know that:-
1)In jugment will the court write that she accepted all my allegation and about false affidavit ?, because I want to submit copy of jugment to criminal
courts ...
2)My marriage will be voidable from which date ,from the date of marriage or from the date of court order/jugment?,,
I am curious to know that
3)She withdraw her W.S allegation and accepted all my allegation ,this will also come in jugment ?
4) which charges I can file against her in criminal court ?

Want to leave my husband home
Hello all,
I am 26 yr old bank job oriented married girl. My marriage was did in 2016 January. My parents did my marriage forcefully and without my consent. They do emotional blackmail me threatens me nd say me that you have to say yes to that boy. I m in love with another guy who is fully settled person but inter caste. my parents denied and did my marriage. Even after this marriage i make efforts in our marriage but things won't work. I am not happy seriously not happy and i make my mind to leave my husband home and leave alone and live my life in my way. Is court force me to stay with my husband. I never want to leave with him. In 2 years i not accept him. Please suggest me can i leave my husband home.
