I am a young man of 35 years of age staying with my parents, wife and son of 2 years of age in a flat owned by my parents (not inherited by them). My wife is working on a salary of Rs8000/- pm. I am suffering from paralysis of both the legs and hence not working. My wife wants divorce from me. Will I have to pay any alimony to her? Can I get alimony from her as currently she is working and I am not working and I have no earning potential? Please advise.

Sir/Madam,
My father had purchased a flat before his marriage. After his mariage, as per goa communion of assets law, my mother become 50% co-sharer in th flat. After my fathers death, 50% right devolved upon my mother, 25% to me and 25% to my sister, married. Now my sister (+ her husband) wishes to gift her entire 25%, along with her my mother also wishes to gift her entire 50%, to me. Is this legally valid?? Does the portuguese law of "Disposable quota" aplly to self-acquired property as is the case with my father?

Hi
I would like to know about the law/rule as in which religion can the child opt for in inter religious marriage?
I am a HINDU(NAIR-OC ) and my husband is a muslim (Mapla- BC). Neither of us are converted. now we are blessed with a baby boy. R we free to choose any religion from mine or his for the baby? or is it mandatory that the child will follow father's religion?
Kindly clear my doubt.

Hi,
My marriage is about 2 years old. My wife and her family is always
Forcing me to give up my parents and sister(basically my family). My wife and her family were threatening me for the act of 498A. My wife is always threatening me that she will harm herself and will blame at me.
Becuase of these incidences I am always being in tension. This mental pressure caused reduction in heamoglobin level. In November 2010 I got admitted in Appolo hospital New Delhi. During the course of my medication my wife broken the lock of my rented flat put a new lock. After discharge from hospital when I was asking for the keys she denied to give and said she will allegly put me and my family in jail?
I asked house owner for the copration in this matter then he asked me to vacat the flat and was forcing me to get keys of flat from wife.
Now days, inspite of having my flat, I and my mother are living in paying guest.
I am a service class person and one and only one earning person in my family.
Will you please suggest me to get rid of these problems and get rid of torture done by wife and her family...
Thanks in advance

sir
mine is matrimonial issue pending in the court. i filed OP to declare my marriage with the Respondent as null and void as she is having living first husband. she filed counter. and first husband also filed OS to declare my marriage as null and void. now my question is sir that the respondent filed counter in OP and Written Statement in OS by taking differnet versions i mean to say that she is saying one thing in my OP and another thing in OS. there are so many contraditions like that. unable to take consideration any of her pleadings in OP counter and OS written statment.
Sir please suggest any citation to expose this type of charecter in the court. arugments are coming near by . i want to file some of the judgments in this aspect. please forward me the citations relating to contradictions in the pleadings.
Marriage
sir mine is love marriage. after three months of my matrimonial life, wife went out from matrimonial life. without giving divorce to me she married again. i filed suit to declare her second marriage as null and void. my evidence came i gave my witness, as further witness i called my mother and my friend who did not attended my marriage. my mother and friend attended as witness in the court. other side is asking that i am not showing the witness who attended my marriage. but no one attended my marriage with that girl. my mother gave evidence that that girl stayed in matrimonial home for three months and my friend gave evidence as he saw that girl in my house as my wife. sir now my question is
a. i came to know that one supreme court judgement is there that even same family's evidence is also valid in the court. in my case my mother gave evidence rather than out sider. plz forward any citation which is suitable for my case.
