Hello sir/mam,
Me and my husband have his marriage done last year.We are muslim and we do have our marriage registered with nikah nama and govt issued marriage certificate. He have his first wife too with him as i am his second wife they are not separeted yet and they both are in canada because his first wife was the one who was sponsoring him for canada so he would get separated from her in near future.me and my husband have a small 4 month baby so me and my baby wants to travel to him for tourist visa as of now and we want permanent residency later once back.my husband do have his PR card of there and i am applying for tourist visaa through a consultancy.Could you please let me know what are the risks for visa and would it create a issue on my husband's PR as his first wife is already there in canada.if yes is there any possible alternative we can try for now.

No amount is paid.Last month salary recovery ordered,but he has purpose fully taken GPF loan and then the net salary be only 15000 rupees.Gross amount is 39000.What amount can be attached from him as per sec 60 cpc.His Gpf loan cutting is 18000 per month.

My brother is married and not having child for the last 20 years ,he is 53 and his wife is 46. They are well settled and have very good monthly income, they would like to adopt a boy child whose parents are very poor and not able to raise the child. The child is a new born baby boy and it is the third boy child for them. What is the legal procedures to adopt.kindly guide us

I am selling a property and giving some money to my brother ( a property which was purchased thru my father and later got a gift deed on my name from my father ). Since there are some compulsions from my father i am parting a part of the proceedings to my brother is there a format which i could use to settle and he does not claim anything else from me.

Hi All
Just after 3 months of my sister's marreige, she had to undergo Domestic violence from her in-laws. So we have filed case on her in-laws 498,DVC and Divorce on them in 2015. Now currently the case had come on to the bench, court had asked us to speak to them. With intention of closing the case as we are planning second marg to my sister, we approached them. But instead of atleast allowing us to speak, the in-laws family had put cases 504,506 and 509 cases on my sister,my mother and me.
Now they care talking about compromise such that we need to take all the cases on them and then only they will withdraw this case. Since i am a student and my sister is also a working professional we are little worried about these cases. Does really worth to compromise for this case for all the pain my sister had been undergone. Can somebody please help in suggestion what should be approach and how can my sister get justice.

Me and my wife are having quarrells from the marriage our marriage was happened in 2016, we have got a son in 2017. My wifes mother harrased me to write some property on my wifes name. The Property came from my father through registered WILL which my father aquired by his earnings. My wife always threaten me to file a case in police station and she wants me to get in to jail. Once she had given complaint in police station that she had beeten by me, and she went to her mom's home with my son. I want to take divorce. Is self acqired property of my father can claim by my wife and my son. My father is expired and he written property to me through registered WILL.

Respected wise people
My grandparents had two sons and two house.
Grandmother died in 2011
My Father died in Aug 2017
Grandfather died in Dec 2017
After 4 month my Father died
Grandfather used to live with my uncle from 2000
He made a registered will that both houses must be given to uncle
The house in which I am living from 2001 also given to uncle.
The House was bought by father but he registered it on name of grandmother
And we were living it since then ,but now my grandfather gave it to my uncle by a registered will.
What can I do?
Can I challenge will.
I am still living in house
Uncle refused to give me the registry of house in which I am living.

My husband has filled rcr to prove e is good....but e has done lot off mental abd physical torture to me.i have filed divorce case against him...what will be the benefit of rcr.....

1. I Hv decree u/s 9 against my wife.
2. Since she did not obey the decree I filed divorce.
3. She filled maintenance case on behalf of my kids.
4 ordered to pay 25000 pm for two sons by the court.
5 in spite of that I have invited huge looses in my business and proved that I am looking for job now the court ordered such huge amount.
I have filed appeal in high court, the date given is 8.1.2019.
Am I supposed to pay 25k pm till the 8.1.2019?

Husband harassed on phone
A lady who stay separate from her husband with her daughter, now husband continuous called him and asked him where you stay and give me the address, i would like to meet you and i want to see you that in which condition you both are stay, A lady already filled HMP 13 against husband and also filled Sec 125 for maintenance.
Husband also complaint in police station that his wife is missing and a lady present in police station and give the statement that she's independently take decision to stay separate without any help.
Husband continuous call him and disturbing on call ,,, please guide in this situation how to handle him
