My intention is not to offend anyone but whenever I read the learned's opinion or comments on certain issues, there language is so confusing and grammetically wrong it becomes very difficult to understand what they have opined.Please intellectuals, these issues are not wastage of time and energy and it is from the victims of the system who do not have any other recourse but this column and they are all common laymen who do not understand the legal vocabulary and you have been submitting a legal clarification or explanation, so kindly use the language clearily.The latest being opinion on Hostile witness.I dont want to name any expert but the same can be gauged from the replies in the column.I request the administrator to allow this arrangement so that individual can submit those clarifcication/explanation through Google which has a facility where you can translate into many languages simply by using the English alphabet.For example if one wants the word VAKIL to be converted into Hindi, just type vakil and press ctrl+G and that would be transformed into Hindi.I am fond of writing in my mother tongue Hindi but it is very difficult to copy and paste here in the msg box because it is administor contolled.Kindly help everyone, our dear ADMINISTRATOR.

sir, in a case of 304-A IPC, owner of the lorry deposed that the accused is the driver on the date of accident, please suggest me how to cross examine him and what is the effect of his statement or any other related points.

dear sir
I had a registered gift deed in my name by my father in 1999.I still pocess the original deed with me.
It is of shock to me that my father had it registered as gift by me to him in 2003 without my knowledge.
I applied for nakals and ec and my photo is on it along with a signature and thumb print.now i am not able to understand what i am supposed to do and prove that i dint do it,
he divided the plot and sold the plot to two people in 2004.
he lives with another woman without giving any stable adress and he is doing this from 12 years,since then me and my mother have been living on our hardship.
please tell me the procedure for appealing this as a false registration. please help me get justice quickly.thank you.

Sir i want to know what is the difference between collabarating the statement and proving statement are contradectary. with the example sir because i am layman ?

( Declaration of hostile is not in the hands of public prosecutor. He applies to court and if court permits. witness is declared hostile ? )
what does it wants to convey i am confused because i known that a hostile witness cannot be cross - examin & chief examin also if the witness becomes the hostile than after chief examin thant cross examin is not possible & if the witness becomes the hostile before the chief examin than cross examin & chief examin is not possible whether with the leave of the court or not ? Also what does the above bracket words says ?

Do Govt. Advocate have rights to move bail petition in court???
some says that ( PP/APP/ cannot move bail application in the courts because they are govt., employees, but Dist., Govt., Pleader/Asst., Dist., Govt., Pleader can move bail application. )
Query : but as we knwon that PP, Addl P.P. are not employee & Asst P.P. is a employee so PP , ADDL. P.P. should have the rights to move a bail application in private partys ? It has been further said that
Pleader can move bail application. But Goverment Pleader means civil advocate & not criminal so how he can approach the bail application ?
So as per the reading of the above brackets words there also one more dought that there is a bar for any civil advocate not to practice in criminal side or vice - versa. when the lawyers register themself to the repsective State bar council the council givs the certificate in it has been stated that a he is only entitled to practice civil cases or criminal cases or tax matter cases or divocre cases like that ?
What do u mean by standing council ?

Hi there,
I had a accident on Mumbai-Banglore highway. i was riding my bike with appropritate speed. 3-4 Women were crossing the road in such a manner that they had occupied half of the road. it was really dark on road, one of the woman was wearing burkha. I banged into one of the woman and got hurt very badly. i got and inquired them but they were did not payme any attention as they were buys checking the injuries. 3 guys came to me and asked me leave the scene as i might be beaten by mob which was slowly gathering up. I ran away 4m there. and went to clinic got initial treatment and next day i came to mumbai for further treatment. then police came to my house in mumbai and asked me to go to pune for 338 case. i requested the cops that i will come to pune but need 3-4 days to get well. so now i will be going to pune for case proceding. I dont know what should i do?

If a person gets a kidney transplant from a living donour not related to him by offering him a monetary gain in the transplant but making the donour tell the concerned authorities that it is due to affection would the authorities agree to the transplant. Does it not come under the purview of criminal act by concealing the fact and getting a donour.
What steps have been taken by the law to stop such type of transplants.

My estranged wife filed a false 498a, 323 & 507 against me. but after family court we mutually agreed to try again & she admitted to the court her whole story was false. Hence I was acquitted. I did try living with her again but it is not possible, she is totally mad & unstable. What next to protect myself from future false charges? I want divorce but she wont give? How best to divorce without further assaults from her?
