my client sold a plot from mr.X. in sell-deed,buyer shows another piece of land as way(raasta) to the plot.But he already sold that raasta as a plot to another person.How can I impose criminal liability on him(mr.X) for his fraud with my client.

If any application is filed in a Suit then it is called Interim Application (I.A.).
If any applicationis filed in a Writ petition it is called Miscellaneous Petition (M.P.). The miscellaneous petition will be either Civil Misc. Petition (C.M.P.) or Criminal Misc. Petition (Crl.M.P.)
All other petitions other than original suits are criminal misc.pertitions ( like custody, maintenance).
what do u mean by origianl suit ?
the above mentioned is right than tell as per which section or case laws ? whether the above mentioned can be applied in the SLP ?

In HC & session court only PP can present the case inbehalf state.
In district court only ADDL.P.P. can present the case inbehalf state.
In other criminal court below the distrit only assisstant P.P.can only present the case in behalf of the state.
Is there any rule if yes than what in SC.
Pls clarify the issue because i a confused that PP, ADDL P.P. & Assisstant P.P. who can appear in which criminal court's or there any pecunilar limits to it they can appear.
I would like to have notes on PP, ADDL P.P. & Assisstant P.P. PLS if any body has than pls provide me. in this forum.

There have been many instances of queries being asked by the honorable SC/ST members of this column but hardly I find any member tendering any solution to them.Are they considered 'UNTOUCHABLES' by whole of the community of LCI? 1. What action can be initiated against a central government/State government employee by his own department, when it is informed to them that the said employee has a criminal case pending against him. I have informed the state government concerned (disciplinary action Department)about my previous tenant against whom a criminal case under section 138 NIA is pending.
