Cr.P.C, mentioned I scheduled (table) crimes are non bailable, and the court may decided bailable or non bailable, more then 3 years offences comes into the non-bailable, but its not exact.

non bailable warrant is that in which a person is arrested by the police and produced in the prescribed court on the warrant.

NBW are those warrents in that the only judicical magistrate has power to release the person on bail or not after see the circumstance and facts of the particular case. Police has no power to release person on bail
