My estranged wife filed a false 498a, 323 & 507 against me. but after family court we mutually agreed to try again & she admitted to the court her whole story was false. Hence I was acquitted. I did try living with her again but it is not possible, she is totally mad & unstable. What next to protect myself from future false charges? I want divorce but she wont give? How best to divorce without further assaults from her?

by way of proving your side that she is cruelty or mad she is not suitable in matrimonial life.

Ah yes but that is very tough to do, especially as she holds a very senior position at her work? What about her chances of refiling fresh false charges after she admitted to lying before the court?

hey shiv do u have any medical proof that ur wife is mad ,if yes then that proof is in itself a ground for divorce and if not ,then it is batter for u to talk to ur wife for a peaceful separation or convince her for mutual divorce.if all such things wil not work then made her false accusation(her earlier admission) a ground of cruelty and go for divorce.

My dear friend Shiv yes u can file a new petition for divorce in the court under sec 13 b or hindu marriage act. on the ground of that mentaly harrasment and cruelity by your wife as you said that ur wife privously admitted in the court that all of allegation made against to you are false and fabricated this will help you out in this problem and get divorce as soon as posible.

She (my estranged wife) has only shown her true colours (madness) behind secret closed doors, publicly she appears normal. So conviction towards madness may be very difficult. So what are the best ways to ensure she does not file false charges again? then get relief of divorce from such a deranged madwoman

There is no way by which she could be restrained from making false or true allegations.
If you could not prove her to be mad then there is no point talking about this. The court of law only understands proof and nothing else.

Totally agree with Mr. Sharad Raghav & Mr. Bhupender Singh. Next, consult a psychologist and get Psychometric Assessment done if you say your wife is mad and it is only behind the closed doors and appears to be normal in public, then there is a high possibility of she having mental disorder which can be proved through the mentioned test and the report of which would surely help you.
