Till date No witness statement as they are either not appearing on date or asking time
Can we appeal to Highcourt for quash? what is the time bar for this section

Under what sec in IPC, police is oblige to record statement and evidence provided by accuse of 498a.

hi,
I was able to obtain a anticipatory bail to my client upon certain condition, one among it was that My client has to approach the concerned magistrate within 7days of the order and obtain REGULAR BAIL.
This above mentioned condition is not fulfilled by me, Hence i prefer an application for the relaxation of bail condition(Although there is no SPecific Provision), stating appropriate ground for violation of the condition.
I am confident to convince the judge regarding the maintainability of the application. However,there is a problem, this application if filed after expiry of the stipulated 7days:(.
Now, can i pray for relaxation after the violation of the condition? Or Can i pray for condonation of delay? Whats the position of law? any citations to support my case?

Is it possible to have a smooth passport enquiry if there is any pending criminal cases or FIR filed against us. If not, then explain me how to get over such situation

Hi All,
We are an AMC and few months ago, we had received a letter from economic offence wing of police dept to freeze certain folios of mutual fund belonging to someone involed in criminal offences. we had acted on the instructions of the police. later on they asked us to provide them the latest accounts statement and we provided them. Now we have received another letter from them asking us to redeem the units and invest in liquid fund so that the money remain safe from market fluactuations and can be returned to the depositors.
My Query is whether EOW of police has powers to issue such order and if yes under what section and are we required to abide by the same. Should we ask them to provide us with Court order ?

Hello Forum,
Husband send his wife to her parental home on wifes request to visit her parents.
Since marriage, husband in-laws dont like the marriage as, it is a love marriage.
Further, my client[498a victim]
in a letter wrote to his wife:
Being a student of pscychology I can understand your postion filing a 498a case by your partents instigation and asking her to join his matrimonial home wholeheartedly.
Further in the letter he also stated that,
i even understand you parents that they dont like our marriage, which lead to file a case agisnt me, so the problem is not yours it is only with your parents, Counsel and the POLICE for misusing,
I LOVE YOU?
The question is
abusing of
HIS IN-LAWS,
POLICE,
and HER COUNSEL
in a personal letter wrote to his wife, attrats to a criminal contmept?

My estranged wife filed false 498, 507 & 323 charges against me, but I was acquitted on the count she admitted before the learned Judge that she lied, filing a false FIR. She now wants to cancel my PIO card without giving a divorce. Can she have my PIO card canceled just like that without a valid reason? Thank You

Jurisdiction for filing of complaint u/s 138 NI Act
Dear All,
Kindly update us, we are going to file a complaint u/s 138 NI Act at saket court but my friends stated complaint cant accepted at filing counter, if disputed cheque belongs out of Delhi.
They are not admitting complaint in compliance of order passed by Justice Dhingra, DB, Delhi High Court but i dont know title. any one can provide party mname please or update on this issue.
