Mentainance recovery.

Hello Sir,
My wife has filed a false case under DV act in Feb 2009. After many happenings, I am directed by session court to pay Rs.5000 towards rent, setting aside the earlier ex-aparty order to stay in my house. She is yet to file the affedevite. After 5K order, she has purposly left the job (salary: Rs.25000) making me responsible and has amended the existing application for intrim relief of Rs.20000. Lower court granted partial relief of additional Rs. 7000. I have appealed to Session court against this, as I am unable to pay any more amount than 5000 (even this is causing financial stress). By the time now she managed to delay the hearing at appelete court and now filed application in lower court for recovery of mentainance. I am not sure how the law is working. Lower court is well aware that the appeal has been filed and still entertaining such application. What are possibility that she would get relief in this also ?
Please help with any suggestion.
Regards.

compromise against FIR u/s 452

Naveen reports an FIR u/s 452 IPC against Sandeep, Amit(both brothers) and their father Shyam. No such incident took place the reason for filing the FIR was partition suit pending in court between father of Naveen and Shyam. Finally, the court passes a decree and judgement for partition which is agreed upon by father of Naveen, Shyam and Shyam himself by signing in presence of judge.

In decree it has been mentioned that Naveen would take back the case u/s 452 pending in the court. To proceed with the petition is filed in high court u/s 498 for compromise and afidavit of Naveen attached for compromise. Now, Naveen is not appearing in court and is not ready for compromise.?
Naveen has not signed on any of documents or partition deed in the court. The statement before the civil court is by Naveen's father and he has appeared as witness also in case u/s 452. But yes, Naveen has signed on Ekrarnama wand (Pertition Document) based on which the civil court has passed the degree and judgement. What’s the remedy available to Sandeep, Amit? Can the court dismiss the case? Is appearance of Naveen necessary? Can Court quash the FIR without hearing Naveen? . Can Sandeep, Amit or their father file any kind of suit in civil court?

Is a minor traffic violation a criminal offence?

If I commit a minor traffic violation like jumping a red signal or going in the opposite direction on a one way, not wearing a helmet and I have to pay a spot fine or court fine will that be considered a criminal offence?
I am a civil service aspirant (IAS).
I know that if there is an FIR against you or a criminal case you are not eligible for a Govt job.
Can a traffic violation affect my Govt job prospects?
