Till date No witness statement as they are either not appearing on date or asking time
Can we appeal to Highcourt for quash? what is the time bar for this section

Now you cannot approach the high court for quashing. Just you press the court to proceed with the case. If wittnesses are not appearing press the court to pass some orders.
