i guess, this is not correct.

The police can not record statements under IPC. What Mr.Sharma said is correct.

i am sorry, my question was not clear.

I want police to acknowledge the statement and proof i have provided during husband discusion with proof. If above is taken into consideration. police cannot file a chargesheet. If police ignore this , then i have to fight it in court which is long and expensive process.

So, how can i get acknowledge copy, one way I can think is file an FIR with all details of false allegation made against husband

You have every right to give a written statement along with proofs and you can get the acknowledgment from the Police on the xerox copy.
