Dear Sir,
we are conducting the audit of a firm in banglore on 13th july 2011, while conducting audit, police raided on the company and file case on us alongwith the company employees Under section 4&5 price cheat & money turnover ipc 1948.
we are audit assistant in a C A firm in Delhi and we have no relation with the company. It a private limited company.
Now we released on bail.
I just want to know what we should do.
What is that section?

What is protest petition. what is the probability of allowing protest petition. if protest petiotion is allowed can we approach the High court for quash/revision?

In a criminal case of my client, the magistrate closed the evidence. Now the trial is set for argument stage. Now I feel that one of the records exhibited by IO and marked by court is not valid.
Now, at this stage, can I file a petition under Indian Evidence Act, objecting to admitting that record as evidence and questioining the admissiblity of that record?
Please help sir, today I have to file the petition?

WHAT IS MEANT BY DISCRIMINATION IN CRIMINAL LAW.........I AM AN ONGC EMPLOYEE. I HAVE DONE B.COM AND MY 5 TO 6 COLLEGUES ARE ALSO NON TECHNICAL PERSONS...BUT ONLY I HAVE BEEN POSTED IN TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT AND ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES LIKE ME HAVE BEEN POSTED IN OFFICE (ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION).....CAN ONGC AT ITS DISCRETIONARY POST NON TECHNICAL PERSONS LIKE ME IN PRODUCTION DISCIPLINE..IN ALL OUR NON TECHNICAL EMPLOYEES APPOINTMENT LETTERS IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT THE POST IS FOR FIELD DUTY BUT ONLY I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERED TO FIELD AND THE REMAINING EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE JOB AS PER THEIR QUALIFICATION...........
HOW SHOULD I DEAL THIS ISSUE WITH THE MANAGEMENT. WHAT IS THE REMEDY FOR ME...IS THERE ANY REMEDY UNDER DISCRIMINATION LAW....PL. HELP..ALSO I HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED ANY TRAINING LIKE FIRE FIGHTING , SAFETY NORMS ETC....AS PER MINES ACT.

My query is about on criminal case let me first tel you the matter my girlfriend was driving her car suddenly a man stop his bike front of her car when she argue with him he touched and abused her in the reply of that behavior she beat him not badly but bit of and then left the place and came back to home but that person report to police and made a case of robbery and beaten by one of his friend whom was also with her but that guy is under eighteen we are fighting against that case we also made case on that person and in police investigation they can not find anything from us. But their is another problem we want to know can a accused person apply for any government job or in any multinational company let me tell you she is doing BBA and company secretory course and her aim is want to be an IAS so please give us some solution about both matter.please sir what we do give us right way to solve that problem.

My boyfriend is 27 and me 24yrs.He is a sailor in Indian Navy.He was my friend.1st he raped me then as i wanted to complain he stopped me by saying that he will marry me.If i will not accept he will show my nude pics to everyone.Then i accepted his proposal.After that he used me sexually and now refusing me to marry by doing sexual abuse in front of everybody.I'm having Photos,phone recordings(that he will marry me)and witnesses for sexual relation.Please give me legal advice so that i can marry him.I wan't to marry him at any cost or else i had to commit a sucide being a girl i belong to an orthodox family i can't face the society i even have a younger sister.Above that he is calling all my friends and telling them that i had sexual relation with many other boys and all stuff
so please suggest me a legal way

i want to know after how much days persons charged under (section 420,120b,465,467,468,472 and 24 immigrant act) can get the bail from session court (opposite party has given the affidavit for the compromise).Bail is rejected once by lower court.
