section 4&5 price cheat & money turnover IPC 1948

Dear Sir,
we are conducting the audit of a firm in banglore on 13th july 2011, while conducting audit, police raided on the company and file case on us alongwith the company employees Under section 4&5 price cheat & money turnover ipc 1948.
we are audit assistant in a C A firm in Delhi and we have no relation with the company. It a private limited company.

Now we released on bail.

I just want to know what we should do.
What is that section?

YES YOU HAVE TO FACE THE MUSIC OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM SINCE A PARTY TO ENABLE YOUR CLIENT TO CHEAT ON THE BASIS OF YOUR AUDIT REPORTS.

You may try in the High court u/s 482 CrPC but before it you should have to clear whether the audit is continuously done by you, if it is then you have to report in your audit report regarding the same which can help you out.
However the sanction mentioned is not related to IPC which may be some other law.
