collage demanding capitation fees

I am student of final year BAMS COLLAGE OF RAJIV GANDHI UNIVERCITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, KARNATKA , BANGLORE - 560041 AND RESIDENCE OF MAHARASHTRA.

I PAID RS.THREE LAKHS AS FEES TO MANAGEMENT THROUGH CASH AND DD, THOUGH FEES DESIDED BY MANAGEMENT IS RS. 40000 PER YEAR.MANAGEMENT CHARGED ME EXCESS FEES WITH COMPARE TO ACTUAL FEES DESIDED BY UNIVERCITY AND ALSO I PAID IT.

NOW I WANT TO DO ENTRENCESHIP AT MAHARASHTRA. I NEED A LETTER ( NOC OR PERMISSION TO DO ENTRENCESHIP AI MAHARASHTRA ) FROM MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT IS CHARGING RS 65000 FOR IT IN TWO INSTALMENTS OF RS 32500. I PAID RS 32500 IN BANK AS DIRECTED BY MANAGEMENT.MANAGEMENT HAS GIVEN LETTER TO ALL STUDENTS EXCEPT ME.FOR ME PRESIDENT IS DEMANDING RS ONE LAKH MORE.MY PARENT IS NOT CAPABLE TO PAY THIS MORE FEES.
WHAT CAN I DO ? PRINCIPAL OF COLLAGE IS WIFE OF PRASIDENT OF SOCITY WHICH RUNS THE COLLAGE.AFTER MANY REQUESTS THROUGH PARENTS PRESIDENT IS NOT READY TO ISSUE LETTER.
PLEASE GUIDE ME SO THAT I CAN HAVE ENTRENCESHIP AT MAHARASHTRA WITHOUT PAYING MORE RS ONE LAKH.

What is the procedure to transfer a case from 1 state to another?A case of maintanance u/s 125 of Cr.P.C going on in chandigarh at the girl's place now she is shifting to dhanbad at her brother's place.The husband is also from dhanbad.What is the procedure to transfer the case to dhanbad from chandigarh.Also mention the relevant sections & if there is any ruling then please mention that.

Dismissal of complaint for non-execution of NBW

In 138 proceedings, NBW was pending against the accused, but the same could not be executed. However, the court has dismissed the complaint under Section 203 CrPC on the score that the NBW was not executed. Whether it is possible? Whether a appeal would lie against the said judgment or one can approach the High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C? Please clarify the correct position with judgments if any?

what are the Sec applicable in IPC for this FRAUD

My tenant has secured a PERSONAL LOAN in the year 2009 July.on a non existent fictitious name. My tenant has not paid the amount due to the banker till date and has denied that he is the one stated in the loan agreement.

My tenant has managed to give PD cheques on the fictitious name and evading further charges in this matter.The address given as his residence is ours. T

I got the proof that it was he who availed the loan. I want to personally book a case AS THE ADDRESS STATED IS MY HOUSE.

How can I proceed legally to book the guilty.

Please Sir,
Suggest me how the defence may be benefited, if damaged car is not made case property and not produced in court neither released from court nor from police station. Suggest the provision or citation in defence.

false sworn statrement on affidavit and running off.

Hello Learned Sirs,

Can any one guide me on the following subject query.

1.My house was let out on an oral agreement with the tenant who was a Lecturer then.

2.Now the tenant has on 3 different occasions - registered - 3 diferent NGO organizations - stating on the 3 different affidavits that;

3."it is her own house and she is not collecting any rent for running such offices in the let out portion".

the tenant has intentionally cheated the govt.of the fees becoz she has to pay the prescribed fees and with out my permission is running such offices for which i possess authentic proof.

4.WHAT IS THE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO ME, TO FILE A CRIMINAL CASE AND CIVIL CASE.

5.What should be done in such matters to file criminal case and evict the tenant.
