Once the criminal revision is decided by the high court, what is the next remedy to challenge the judgement in criminal revision and what is the limitation. Is it criminal appeal before supreme court?

Can you tell me whether Account Blocked / Freezed comes under section 138 N.I.Act or not. I have to file one complaint in which reason for cheque bounce is Account Freezed. If anyone have any Judgment in support of it kindly provide me the same.

cheque case - no supportive document

In forex trading company issued cheque to invester, cheque was dishonor , case filed u/s 138. no other supportive document to produced the court.

Accused was in Judicial Custody in another case.At the time legal notice sent and served at prison.Now accused released from jail, filing 227 petition for discharge the liability at JM Court. he informed in petition NI Act not made out .
