if for quashment of FIr cr writ u/s 482 allowed bhy HC without appraising the fact of the case what would be the remdy to restroryre the fIR and what limitation for it.

approach SC immediately by way of SLP

the SC will either remand back the matter or will quash the HC order if the orders passed by the concerned HC are contrary to the parameters for quashing of FIR(as set out the Hon'ble SC).
