A false political motivated case with the help of officer in charge, against me u/s 376/313/323/506 IPC, in the year 2013.
u/s 164 had been done. After that complainant made affidavit before the first class magistrate to withdraw the case. Even as this is a false case, that woman didn't agree on a medical test.
But by political pressure, police didn't submit final report .chargesheet not filed. six years over. what can I do now?

1 of my friend facing 4 138 case in hp the now complainant bounced 1 of the cheqe in punjab both parties are from hp both parties uid address from hp the cheqe which is presented in punjab court is also in bound with agreement complainant took him punjab & give summons warrant or nbw on wrong address so that 1st party is declared po by punjab court what we can do know pls help

How to compromise in 498a case with wife when FIR is not registred and case is at fwc.There wil be written compromise?? What wil b written in compromise. Wil I automatically b accepted as guilty if written compromise is made? What things should b taken care in written compromise. Does compromise is done by police?

Blank Cheque dated 21.9.2017 by company and bounced on 1.9.2017 for rs.7 lakh . Cheque stopped by me . As in mean time I returned some stock and bank guarantee for rs.4 lakh encashed by them on 29.8 2017

Dear experts,
Can husband file a case of Unnatural sex on his Spouse and her paramour. if so can he do it at the police station.
As i know adultery case can be filed as a PCR and then Magistrate takes cognizance and the case is converted to CC only on the Paramour and not on the Spouse.

1. I wanted to know the difference between CSR and FIR.
2. What is a non-cognisable and a cognisable offence and which will be connected to an FIR and CSR respectively?
3. After a CSR is filed, what is the next course of action by the police?
4. If the counter petitioner's address isn't mentioned on the CSR, what will be the next course of action by the police?
5. Can a CSR be converted to an FIR at any time after the CSR is registered?

Dear sir,
I am owner of one new vehicle hypothecated to a finance company which faced with accident and was brought to dealer for repair work but the insurance company denied to provide the claim finding no alternative
I filed a case against insurance company making finance company , insurance company, and dealer the party for the said case
But district forum dismissed the case
and on appeal in the state commission the case was remanded back to the district forum with order to district forum to depute a mechanical expert to examine the said accident vehicle and submit his report to district forum but when the mechanical expert went to examine the vehicle ,the vehicle was missing from the dealers premises rather the vehicle was repossessed by the finance company when the finance company had themselves appeared in district forum can I file criminal case against finance company for repossessing the vehicle when the matter was subjudice in court and the vehicle is missing from the dealers premises
