Respected Expert,
My 498A & 406 Case has been put for final written arguments. Can I get guidance for drafting of final argument for 498A & 406. Any written argument sample/draft for 498A & 406 which will help my counsel & me by providing idea / technique of writing a good / healthy argument.

Dear sir,
Without seeing the facts of the case it is very difficult to prepare written arguments. Since you are going to submit arguments before trial court it is better to concentrate on contradictions and conduct of other party. Less the better to bring on record the unnecessary judgments of the high court and supreme court it will burden the trial court.

It is the responsibility and duty of your counsel to argue your case since you have sought and hired his/her professional services.
How can you file written arguments on a case u/s 498A/406 IPC, have you been permitted by the Court?
What are the facts of the case and evidence in your favour and against, did you show to me or any of the experts on this platform to oblige you??
