Police and Superintendant of Police / DGP not registering a case of cognizable offence on me. Nor they rejecting or returning my complaint back to me, nor they initiating any action u/s 182 on me. AT THIS JUNCTURE, can I initiate a Criminal Case on the Opposite party by a direct Complaint/Petition stating facts and evidence, upon affidavit at the Chief Magistrate / First Class / Executive Magistrate Court ? IF so under what section should my petition be filed under? Please guide.

I would like to get in touch with a Lawyers and needs some help, regarding a women who is black mailing me for money ,I had affair with that women 16 years back, now she wants to use that as a weapon against me and extract money from me, can we discuss this please. Dear sir,
A False case under section 420 , 120b and 406 is filed against me in magistrate court can I go to jail if I do not attend the hearing dates called by the honourable court when it is for sure from my end that the one who has complained against me has no evidence to prove the case against me under the said section of IPC I am an innocent man and I am shocked on the fact that I stay in small town and a case against me is filed in a magistrate court in a city

Now that IPC 497 has been deleted, what will be the legal status of live-in relationship (while pending divorce) in the below situation while waiting for a long divorce proceeding (under Hindu Marriage Act ).
The case is - The married Woman has filed for divorce and the long divorce proceeding is going on for a year or more and she is still waiting for the final judgement.
And during this time, this Woman falls for a new relationship with an unmarried man. And she start living-in with this Man while divorce still pending.
My Questions are the following
A> Previously this was clearly illegal for the Man involved as the woman still remains a legal Wife of another man while pending divorce. And so the Man in this case (her new relationship that she has entered into while waiting for divorce ) could have been booked under IPC-497. But now that there's no 497, can the man be booked under any other Civil or Criminal law.
B> And also what will be the impact on the divorce-proceeding in this case. Clearly the Woman will most certainly loose her right to claim alimony and maintenance. But are there any other impact on the divorce proceeding.
[I am aware that while IPC 497 has been deleted however "adultery" remains a ground for seeking divorce]

Hello Sir/Madam
my friend filed dvc case against her husband and in-laws. She filed chief affidavit around 6 months back.
She always present but all the respondents are absent , even her husband also absent and always pray for time saying wrong reasons.once chief affidavit filed , is it trial has started? During trial respondents attendance is required right? how long they can avoid cross examination of petitioner? is there any way petitioner can take any step for this?
Kindly clarify these details it would be helpful to her.

Can a Co acussed be made a witness in the court. Since the Co acussed is a friend of mine and the main acussed. The co acuss ed introduced me with the main acussed. One day the main acussed suddenly came from back and hit me on my back. That time we all three were present. Now I had made the co acussed second respondent. Now I Want to make him the witness also. Is it possible.

Dear Sir,
My wife filed a false FIR against me, my parents and relatives under section 498A, 406, 354 and D.V. 3 and 4. Currently I am out of country for job.
Sessions court issued anticipatory bail to my parents and relatives on the condition that we return Stridhan articles to her. We are willing to return the same but my wife's family informed police that they refuse to take articles until gold ornaments are also given. My wife has already taken away bulk of the ornaments when she left home and the remaining we have opted to return. Now they want more and even included items gifted to me during marriage but we still decided to return everything .
I want to know if our bail application can be rejected if they inform court that full recovery of Stridhan has not taken place and how do we defend ourself against this step? What will be the duty of our lawyer in this respect?

I was the distributor of ice cream company. About four year back govt agency come and take the sample of ice cream. I informed about the same to the company with memo issued to me. But no response from company side. After a month a sample report send to me which show the sample is rejected due lack of fats. I I also submit the purchase bill to said agency.
Now the case is pending before the ADC court.
Kindly guide can I stand responsible for the same or how can the matter is solve.

Additional evidence after charge frame
in case u/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act after closing evidence before charge frame and framing of charge my magistrate can i adduce cheque in related case transaction and get exhibited ? if yes what will be the provision of law??
