Hi All,
Can any electronic media be given as annexures in supreme court petitions?
1. If yes, does it require any official scrutiny ?
2. If yes, how to attached (Videos) when we file through online petition?

When I tried for appeal, received the following objection for refile.
"SEPARATE CAUSE TITLE FOR ALL THE CASES IS REQUIRED TO BE GIVEN WITH STATUS BEFORE TRIAL COURT. "
I had already mentioned the lower court details in the petition. Kindly assist what more should be provided?

Hi,
I got a summary of case filed against my father in law from goolge. Based on hearings happened and the CRN number. How can i get under what section it was filed. As online copy is not available because it says FIR is filed in 2003 and it is not available online.
My in laws are of criminal nature and hided the pending cases from me and my family and I got to know this after my marriage. Please help how an I get the details of case and FIR. Can I file a 420 case on my in laws as they hided criminal case from me before marriage.

In my slp I got the defect as "1.5. Non-mentioning of the findings of the High Court/Courts" . What exactly I should submit for this?

I am the complainant for the crime FIR registered. In the high court order provided it is mentioned as "Defacto complainant". Though I didnt receive any notice about it.
Now to proceed to SLP to mention by position in SLP, whether do I need mention as "Defacto complainant" or "Not a party"?

One of my Hindu friend get married to Muslim man by conversion of religion in the year 2009 and since 2012 her husband never came to her after she gave a baby of him and now problem is that she doesn�t want to file legal divorce someone told her that u can reconvert the original faith and ur first marriage will be automatically dissolved and after that u can go for Hindu marriage as per rituals of family and her husband has married again in Muslim law
As I heard that if Muslim husband doesn�t come to her countinue 4 years then marriage automatically dissolve and she can go for 2nd marriage
So plz suggest me what she can do not giving a legal name of Muslim for her baby bcj she wants to get marry again and that baby her new husband will adopt under any NGO etc??????? where and how she can reconvert in Hindu religion????

Even I am one of the victim . Well in my case wife has filled false 498a in 2015 and in 2016 she filed divorce petition as well.
The 498a is still pending in court , neither we got any notice nor any further proceeding . So during 2016 end I filed divorce and with all normal formalities got the exparte order as well.
Very recently I got summon from family court on her divorce petition . So here my question is already family court has given divorce order and again they will issue another order based on her divorce petition or the same order will be applicable as I am not seeing their lawyer actively monitoring their divorce petion so after 2 your summon is coming to me.
secondly as the divorce was filed by her 1st and later we got decree on our petition , will this ground be sifficient to file the quashing of 498a at HC .

Hi dear Sir/ Mam..
One of my friend is fighting his criminal case u/s 498A of IPC as Party in Person, if in case he unable to attend the court is there any petition need to be file like 317of Cr. P. C Or any provision for who defending their case as Party In Person...

Wrongly arrested for Case 324
I was arrested for crime which i have not done for case 324. I was then later given bail for the same in the police station. The complainant bymistakenly said yes to me because some similar face person hitted him. Later the complainant accepted that it was his mistake. He is ready to say in police station. But police is not ready to remove my name from the case . The are now filing chargesheet in the court. Now even i received some chapter case notice to appear in acp dcp office.
What should i do to get out from this. Kindly help. Please
