I am Party in person. I applied for quash along with stay in the criminal CC in which I am arrayed as A1. Stay is granted now at HC. Quash petition in progress.
1. Do I need to spefically apply for dispense from personal appearance or does this stay order wil suffice personal appearance dispense in trail court?
2. Do I have to present the stay order to the trail court by myself or that will be taken care by PP?

My brother was arrayed as A2 in a criminal (406, 506(2) ) case and he was given NBW due to his absence for 2 hearings. On his recall, Magistrate ordered him to pay fine of Rs.300 /- as conveyance to the witness on every hearings. And she forcefully collected it from us on next hearing also.
THis sounds ridiculous. WHy should we pay to the witness people. Kindly help on how to take this forward?

I sr citizen ,on request of mr Gaikwad for financial help transfered Rs8 lakhs to his various accounts on the condition to make agreement with my son for doing Goshala business .after receiving money he did not make any agreement nor replied to my various mails and sms and he unilaterally used my money without our knowledge.
I lodged a police complaint against him for cheating and forgery.after some time he issued 4 blank cheques of Rs 1 lakh each signed by him.I filled up one cheque and deposited in bank but cheque returned unpaid with remark no funds in bank.
I again lodged a police complaint and this time police took our written statements in which mr Gaikwad admitted having taken rs 8 laks money from me and promised in his written statement to to police station return the money before 31/10/20019.
Now it is more than 6 months he has not returned my money till date
How to proceed with police station? Police is not taking interest
Can i deposit remaining 3 cheques and if returned unpaid proceed against him u/s138?
How to recover money? and how to deel with police station

My case is disposed and i am going to quashed my case in high court will it still be in my criminal record and its effect on my jobs.

I won a case in state consumer forum in 2012 in its judgement State forum order accused to pay award money Rs.2 lakhs in whole in one month without interest but accused didn't compliance the order, I filed complaint application under section 27 of Consumer protection act in District consumer forum for execution , after a long proceeding process finally District forum is going to write down their judgement of imprisonment to accused in next few days. My question is (1) what is the possible remedy for accused to escape from imprisonment after judgement ? (2) Is high court has power to entertain the matter of Consumer protection act if accused convicted of sentence ? (3) If accused succied to escape from sentence without paying money then what steps I have to take to put accused to behind the bars ? Please advice

Intrim order has been passed with 15K maitenance per month in DV case. The court didnt considered the Loan, my expendature like Cost to meal, travelling cost, Meal, tax, recharges. I made an appeal so will this all cost will be considered ? If overally ttold to court about this expendature , will court convinced ?
ALso can I show expendature as LIC EMI, Insurance pOLICY as this policy stated in 2011. Will it beneficial ?

COMPLAINANT HAS ISSUED NOTICE HOWEVER IN THE SAID NOTICE CHEQUE PARTICULARS LIKE NUMBER, BANK AND BRANCH WAS NOT DISCLOSED EXCEPT AMOUNT. IS IT DEFECTIVE NOTICE.

The court awarded punishment with fine. In case the defendant ignores the court order and time is over then a month - then what are options with the plaintiff ? -that is, how the court order is enforced?
