I have filed a writ petition in the high court of Delhi. There are certain annexures that have not been annexed on the earlier date.
How do I put those documents on record? As far as I understand, I need to file an Interim application for this.

Dear sir,I would like to know that a person working as a line management(Area manager or regional manager) he is not promoting pharma product to the medical practitioner(doctor) in pharmaceutical company,he give a company to medical representatives in respective head quarters,can they cover under sales promotion employee(condition of service act)1976,can they treat as a workman under the above act,can they form a association?,if yes then under which section of trade union act they form an association

I am central govt employee. my spouse is doctor and wanna apply for car loan in personal capacity. and my self as Surety/guarantor.
query:-
1)if permission/intimation is required from department for car loan rule 18(3).
2) if permission/ intimation is required from department for surety/guarantor.

Is there any limits on delegating power of parliament to central government? whether the delegating power of the parliament is uncontrolled or it can only delegate its power to a certain extent?

within how many days i must register my party? If i didn't register within a period after i started the party, is any problem will occur?
can i register my party after a year from starting?
how can i run a account in the name of my party in the Bank without register my party?

I m 28 year old .one of my x-friend put a case on me of section 138 .of rs 9 lac. two year year back i was give him 2 blank cheques of my seving acount .due to payment the pending bill of (phone of office ) we both r invlove in that office.i m invlove in share trading work in that some loass was happen of that frnd and me also. and he want to money from me which was loss.same bank account was close d 6 month ago from that day when he deposit the that chk .I have that phone recording by which he accept , i was given him a blank cheques .and dis phone recording also 6 months ago.and after deposit the cheques i called him and ask how u can do that than he told me "according to me my amount approx 6-7 lac and including intret it my be about 9 lac so i do dis. and same talk i recorded.
So my question is if i m puting the true here .than wahat happen of my case.if i put all recording which done on phone.and all
plz ans me..I will very thankful to u all ..

If the defendant/respondent files document under Order 41 Rule 27 C.P.C. in the appellate court and is rejected at the admission stage itself without any directions for remand to trial court and the same documents reproduced in the trial court under Order 8 (1)(a) Counter claim. Can the defendant has legal right to agitate the case in the same suit that has been produced in the appellate court and again produced the same documents in the trial court. What evidence is required to prove the same.
Is plaintiff/petitioner has any right to defend the same under law against rejected document? Can defendant enforce his right to maintainability and tenability in the court.
Please kindly advise whether such documents are tenable or maintainable under law.

Please suggest in the following issue immediately for which I will be thankful to you.
"X" had four children two of them were born after the enactment to election rules came into force in 1995 in andhra pradesh. Whether he is eligible to contest now for local bodies?
"X" given adoption of his two daughter to his brothers "Y" & "Z" respectively yester day, whether it is valid and make "X" eligible to contest elections?
Candidatue must not have more than two children mean ???
whether the adopted children will be treated as the children of "X" even after the adoption?? and "X" will be disqualified to contest.??
