The bldg in which i stay is grd+4 storeys
My next door neighbour who stays on 1st floor gives grp tuts to students everyday for abt 5 to 6 hrs.
when the students enter her house, the chairs /stools bang against the common wall of our flats several times therby startling me as my seating area is close to the common wall.
at times this nuisance goes on upto 2 hrs thereby hindering my work. I wud like to knw as to whether my neighbour can give tuts without taking the NOC from me(neighbour) and also the society ?

Delhi HC directs hospitals to ensure speedy treatment to victims of accident;--on28th February 2013
1.2.2013 (UNI) The Delhi High Court directed the city government to ensure that all hospitals in the capital treat accident victims urgently and do not deny treatment to victims of criminal offences especially those in rape and road accident cases.
A bench comprising Chief Justice D Murugesan and Justice V K Jain directed the principal secretary, health department of Delhi government to issue directions to all hospitals including private hospitals to attend to victims of rape and other crimes particularly road accident victims on urgent basis.
The victims should be provided first aid without going into the details of other legal matters and emphasis should be save life first,the court said.

i have filed one rti around one month back from Doordarshan asking information about my wife that what is her arrival and departure time between 5th jan, 2013 to 15th Jan, 2013 to office. No reply has come so far. I have appealed to the appelleate authority. How much time i have to wait. if they don't give any reply. What can i do in my part.

VERY RECENTLY I HAD REMITTED RTI FEE THROUGH BANKER'S CHEQUE BUT THE CPIO CONCERNED HAS RETURNED BACK ON THE GROUNDS THAT ITS SELF BANK CHEQUE AND INSISTED FOR BANK DEMAND DRAFT OR INDIAN POSTAL ORDER. KINDLY INDICATE WHETHER THE PAYMENT EFFECTED BY ME THROUGH BANKER'S CHEQUE IS VALID OR NOT BUT IT WAS CLARIFIED BY THE NODAL MINISTRY UNDER RTI ACT TO THE EFFECT THAT THERE IS NO PROVISION OF RETURN OF FEE BY THE CPIO UNDER RTI ACT 2005 OR THE RTI (REGULATION OF FEE & COST) RULES AND ALSO INDICATE WHETHER FIRST APPEAL MAY BE PREFERRED BEFORE THE APPELLATE AUTHORITY OR FEE HAS TO BE REPAID AFRESHUNDER THE RELEVANT SECTION OF PRINCIPAL ACT 2005 HOWEVER THE CPIO HAS NOT RETURNED BACK MY BANKER'S CHEQUE

Hi sir,
My only sister got married last year. However since her marriage, she is not happy with her in laws. These are the following reasons:
They make her do household chores for almost 10-12 hours a day.
Restrictions on her freedom like what to wear, what to eat, ect.
Not talking to her and considering her an outsider
Also, the conversation suggests that they are not happy that we did not give enough gold.
Do to excessive dish washing, her hands got infected. They did not take her to a doctor and she has had three miscarriages due to moving heavy objects like, gas cylinder, heavy bucket of water, etc.
Now, we have brought her back to our place.
Please guide me regarding the following questions:
What are her rights?
How do we proceed?

Sir,
I belong to hindu religion SC (Balmiki)catste by birth. My husband is also belong to Hindu religion SC (Balmiki) caste.In the young age to go to church. Now i file papers for contest election under reserve seat. Somebody complaint that I am a Christian and i cannt contest on reserved seat. I am Hindu by birth, my husband is hindu by birth under reserved caste. Merely going to church withdraw my caste. Please help me to resolve my issue.

sir, maine 2012 june 8 me dusre caste me shadi ki hai. waise to pehle pahal hamari family wale raji nahin the par 2 saal wait kar hmne unhe manaya aur arya samaj mandir me shadi ki. par meri family wale aisi society me rhte h jahan ye sab gunaah h. waise to ghar me sab khus hain par mere parents ko society se alag kar diya gya h. kisi v samuhik function me na to unhe bulaya ja rha h aur na koi samman kiya ja rha h. samajik prani hone tatha society me sabke beech rhne ke karan unse ye sab saha nhi ja rha. caste k kch vishist log bolte h k mere papa ko sabke samne haath jod mafi mangni padegi. papa ne yah v kiya, taki sab thk ho jaye par we log keh rhe h k beti ka kriya karm karna hoga. kavi 6 mahine kavi 1saal se caste se barkhast karne ki baat khte h. meri dadi hain unke liye aur chhota bhai h uske liye papa ko caste me mil jana jaruri h. nahin to bhai ki shadi me problem hogi. par caste walon ki is tarah ke torture se sab dukhhi hain. main to hamesha apne apko hi doshi maan rhi hun. par main papa ki madad karna chahti hun. kaise kya karun plz bataiye.. virodh karne walon me jo sakhs hain wo rajya k rastrapati award parpt vyakti hain. agar sammanit vyakti hi aisa karein to kaya hoga. aap kripya madad kijiya
