Hi everyone,
I am 24 years old working in a software company. I was born to my parents of different caste (inter-caste marriage). My father belongs to sc while mom is obc vanniyar. From my birth till now my caste is sc as of my father's. Though i am a software engg, well settled, musician, table tennis player, a model, upsc aspirant, this society tries to degrade me and suppress me. Even an auto driver who doesn't even have own house is degrading me. I can't understand what is happening in my country. To be precise, due to some complications in my marriage, is there any possible way to change my caste to my mother's caste? However i am not using any of the reservation privileges now. I am from pondicherry, so please suggest with an answer related to tamilnadu and pondicherry. Thanks in advance.

सेंट्रल कर्मी (बैंक) का U/A. 226 CONSTIUTION OF INDIA के तहत केस जो की सस्पेंशन मेटर पर तहत दायर था याचिकाकर्ता के निधन के बाद उसके वारिसान जस्टिस के लिए उसे चालू रखा सकते है कयोकि निलंबन केवल ट्रांसफर मेटर पर हुआ था और वारिसान को न्याय चाहिए

Sir I would like to know if b.lit can be promoted as. HM in govt aided minority high school.
In one of the case in this website I saw b.lit is eligible for middle school HM but wanted to. Know if they're eligible for High school HM.

Seat sharing agreement between political parties - rg.
Dear Experts, I had a small doubt on the political parties agreement. Since it is Election season, many of the parties are entering into seat sharing agreement with a promise to provide one Rajya Sabha seat also and giving pose with the entered agreement. Whether this agreement is enforceable through court of law. Does this agreement holds any legal validity. This is a query to gain my knowledge. Please oblige.
