I require some information about an individual about his employment status in 2002-206.
Under RTI, is it possible to find out if he is registered with EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE in his district.

my cosuin was wrongly arrested 7 yrs back but later aquitted from all charges about chaeting and fraud? can she apply for a passport now as she is getting married to an nri groom? can she get the passport with no ecnr required stamp?

is it possible in court room any witness or any person or person who is witness and also an lawyer can join the hearing with revolver. when he come in front of P O and accused gives the information to P O than what effect must be in the eye of law?

I have booked one flat in under construction building in Mumbai and was issued allotment letter by the builder. Over a period of time i made full payment as per letter of allotment. I kept asking the builder to sign THE AGREEMENT FOR SALE and complete the registration process but he kept dilly dallying by giving one or other excuse.
I then sent a legal notice to builder to sign and register the agreement for sale and since he did not reply to the notice i filed a civil suit for direction to builder to sign the same. In reply to our motion he told the court in affidavit that he has sold the said flat to another person and created a third party interest.Since he stated that he has sold the flat to third party i filed a criminal complain for cheating against the builder with the police.The local police is not taking any action on my complain and verbally stating that since their civil suit is pending in this case no FIR for cheating can be lodged against the builder although i told them that it has become a case of cheating only after builder has stated selling the flat to third party and FIR should be lodged but police is not agreeing.
Can you please advise what is correct law in such matters and what should i do to get my FIR registered

Known to India and the world as “Nirbhaya” (fearless), the 23-year-old physiotherapy intern whose brutal gang-rape on a moving bus in Delhi in December inspired widespread protests, has been posthumously presented with the International Women of Courage Award.
"Her bravery inspired millions of women and men to come together with a simple message: No more. No more looking the other way when gender-based violence happens. No more stigma against victims or survivors," U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said at a State Department event held March 8 to honor women from across the globe with the prestigious International Women of Courage Award.
The award was presented to the brave young girl posthumously. None of her family members was present on the occasion. Indian Ambassador to the U.S. Nirupama Rao was present at the award ceremony in which eight others were presented with the award.
In a rare gesture, Kerry asked the jam-packed auditorium to stand and join him in a moment of silence for “Nirbhaya,” whom he described as "brave, big hearted and fearless."
"Nirbhaya's fight survives her. For inspiring people to work together to end violence against women in India and around the world by displaying immense courage in demanding
justice, and with great sadness, we honor Nirbhaya as a woman of exceptional courage, and we honor her posthumously," Kerry said at the function presided over by First Lady Michelle Obama.
