Can govt. file writ under article 226 ?

Restrictions were imposed on land around 200 meters of defense establishment at Gwalior MP.,under works of defense act 1903.The act provides that the collector of the district will calculate and award compensation toland owners in view of restrictions imposed by central govt. ,the act also says that collectors decision will be final.Collector awarded the compensation, in place of paying the same central govt. have gone for writ in the high court asking to stay the collectors order, while as per the scheme of works of defense act 1903 it is ther own order passed by the collector authorized and duty bound under the act, is writ maintainable, filed by govt. against its own order ?

SIR,
IF A LAND IS ACQUIRED BY THE GOVT. UNDER LAND ACQUISITION ACT 1894 AND FULL COMPENSATION HAS NOT BEEN PAID AND THE SAID LAND IS ALSO NOT IN THEIR POSSESSION, IN THAT CASE DOES THE NEW LAND ACQUISITION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2011 REPLACE THE PRIOR LAND ACQUISITION ACT OF 1894.

Filing a pil in the supreme court of india

Hi all,
I want to file a PIL in the Supreme Court of India to strike down a previously enacted constitutional amendment as unconstitutional.

I have prepared the PIL and tried to register it online by e-Filing the case; however, I could not login to the e-Filing website after registering as a new user (petitioner-in-person). I guess it is some problem with the site.

As a result, i am left with filing the PIL directly at the Registrar of the Supreme Court of India.

Should I go to SCI registrar's office in New Delhi? How else can I pay the fee for the case? Moreover, it is a pity that the website meant for e-Filing of cases has become useless by not even letting the users login to the system.

I am from Andhra Pradesh and New Delhi is quite far to me; so seeking the advice of the experts on how i can proceed to file this PIL in the Supreme Court of India. I am not averse to going to Delhi but searching for a better option, if available.

Is permission required from police to held old traditional religious program

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am from Faizabad, U.p. I want to know that is there any permission required about DURGA PUJA every year. Is here any law or judgement about that permission is not required for old traditional religious puja, program, Bhandara, and procession in u.p.
Here local police and district administration giving a lot of pressure to take permission to held puja this year even any committee was practice their puja from 10-20-40 years.
And they were also listed in “MELA REGISTER” prepared by police. Even many of puja committee were get puja permission from High Court in past.
Police also giving huge pressure to bound 5 person of every committee so if there will any riots during puja then they will proceed action against him.
You all kind requested to provide any law to safe value honor of Hindus because police has take no Proceedings for any other religious program other then Hindus.

Passport for adult adopted as a child. adoption deed is not registered.

I'm currently 24 years old and was adopted when I was 3 months from my paternal uncle (biological father is my adopted father's brother). When I went to the passport office they informed me that adoption deed has to be registered and directed me to get a court order. however, the deed was done in my adopted father's name and he expired in April, 2005. How can I go about registering the deed or obtaining a court order? Is it necessary to get registered adoption deed for in-family adoptions? Please help I urgently require passport in order to pursue higher education.
