Currently , he is working in india, government job,. I am continuing studies here in my country..

I visited his family this winter. Parents are both kind, nice people. I like indian lifestyle, culture. I am ready for such great changes in life,as I love him so much..

I stayed there 53 days, and returned home,as new semester started.
He promised to marry once I complete studies..

Permanent address issue in tatkal passports

I am staying from last 4 years in a rented accommodation in Ghaziabad and I and my parents do not have a permanent house as we have sold our house 7 years ago. I got a tatkal passport 2 years ago, Now passport office has sent me a notice for adverse police verification that I have mentioned a rented house as a permanent address and they fare frightening me by saying that they will cancel it. But this sounds too illogical as many people will be there who does not own a house. Permanent address is the mandatory item in passport form which I filled as my current address. What is the law or definition of permanent address in India? Please help. I am in urgent need.

Writ for mandamus against order of cg state information commission

I filed a request u/s 6 of RTI Act for information related to self disclosure of information by PIO, District collectoarte janjgir.

PIO did not replied within 30 days of the stipuated time limit aggrived by the same, i prefered first appeal u/s 19(1) of RTI Act before FAA, District collectoarte janjgir.

FAA just sent information for first appeal hearing after the hearing. no further order sheet or any information received by PIO or FAA, District collectoarte janjgir.

Agrived by the inaction of the First Appellate Authority i prefered second appeal before the CG SIC, raipur u/s 19(3) of RTI Act, through speed post.

CG SIC was not registering my second appeal u/s 19(3) so i applied to PIO, CG SIC, raipur for status of my appeal and then they considered my second appeal and registered it which was acknoledge by me through the phone to PS of state information commissioner that my case i now registered.

On the date of hearing i sent written argument for my second apppeal.

To my surprise when i gone through the order sheet of the second appeal i found that SIC has dismissed my case and mentioned in order sheet that the appellant has confirmed through phone that he has received the reply of rti from SIC and his case is registered now so we are dismissing the same.

I want to lodge a writ in HIgh Court kindly guide

Public charitable trust

Hi,

One of the public trust has been created in the year 2001 by two trustees. Now one of the trustee is dead.

The other trustee is not interested in running the trust. Can he convert it as private trust??or can he dissolute??

What is the treatment for assets of such trusts?

If so, what is the procedure.

Defamation

What are the provisions for defamation under CRPC, against a news article NOT at all based on facts and maligning the image and tainting the character of a woman. She was falsely implicated in a case where her husband had committed an offence under NI Act. The police defamed her name and fame which she had earned by being a professional AIR singer. The police officer there gave statements not at all related to her and the case where she was falsely implicated.

1.Can she file for defamation & Against who the case will be registered?

2. Does she have to have a FIR for this or file it in the court as regards defamation suit.

Departmental inquiry

Sir,
I had two departmental inquiry before this third inquiry was initiated against me & charge sheet was issued against me for violating the service rule for contracting second marriage , i showed the charge sheet to my lawyer, he advised for writ petition for quashment of charge sheet because i am Muslim already divorced my first wife before contracting second marriage. In first two enquiry it is found that i have divorced my first wife well before contracting second marriage however by not taking permission for contracting second marriage i have violated service rule 22.
In so far as Rule 22(1) is concerned it says that; “22.Bigamus marriage; No Government employee who has a wife living shall contract another marriage without first obtaining the permission of the Government, not withstanding that such subsequent marriage is permissible under the personal law for the time being applicable to him”.
My lawyer filed a WP in hon'ble high court even though i signed all the sheet, but in it my lawyer has written that we pray for reinstate of applicant while as i was never suspended, even though we made correction initially, but later forgot or it skipped out of mind of the steno of lawyer & i signed with the impression that the correction would have been incorporated. But on receiving the WP I found it same as it was before correction.
The court had already issued direction to my departmental not to take any action, however to continue with the enquire without taking any action, & kept for next date hearing after 3 week with a copy to respondent.
My is query what do with the pray of reinstate as it is wrongly written in WP as I was never under any sought of Suspension
