Article 226 or article 32

Sir

I have got a judgement from the sessions court dismissing the suit based on limitation and jurisdication. But in the order itself the period of limitation with dates is given and is calculated against the limitation act itself by including the first day and excluding the last day instead of exculding the day the limitation starts and including the last day as per section 12(1) of the act.
Jurisdication was first decided by the high court by leave to sue and than the case was transferred after this to the session court.
Both instances are against the article 14 which says equality before law. when the entire india follows the limitation act and jurisdication in one manner but the judge who pronounced my judgment has his own limitation act and own heirarchy by not following the HC ruling of juridication thereby going against article 227
Now can I file a writ in Hc or SC against this judgement as my fundamental rights PART III under article 14 has been violated by an unconstitutional judgment by the judge instead of regular appeal? is it not mandatory for all the judges to follow article 375 which says all judgements cannot exceed beyond the constitution?

Police and the ipc

Is the Police empowered to book an accused under some specific section of the IPC? What is the purpose of reprimanding the accused by the police to the magistrate for granting Bail or not without hearing both sides? Why can't we review the power of the police to book an accused under a specific section of IPC?

Eligibility of candidature in elections

Good evening dear experts

Please be informed in the below mentioned query

the person who had more than 2 children will be disqualified to contest in local body elections. is it true?

A candidate is a parent of 4 children, and gave adoption of 2 children to some others and 2 are with original parents, then the original parent is eligible to contest????

A person was blessed with 3 childre, out of them one is dead and remaining 2 are alive, then, that persons candidature is considered to contest in the general assembly elections and local body elections.

Please clarify these at the earliest for which i am thankful to you

Abuse of process

Can a 'gross misinterpretation' of a statute by Police for filing a complaint and sub-sequentially arresting a person for a cognizable offence be termed as an 'abuse of process'? And can the aggrieved person file an appeal under Art. 133 in the Supreme Court for quashing of that FIR if the same petition has been rejected by the High Court?
If yes then has there been any case decided based on similar propositions?

Locus standi

Respected Experts!!

I am a Government Employee. My grievance is that my present boss is illegal appointee (back in 2004).It happen that he was first appoint in officiating basis in 'Ex-cadre" post, then after one month his service was regularized.Again in 2006 the Ex-Cadre post was en-cadre with his present post.
And my immediate/next promotion would be in the post which he is holding at present, though my serial no. in promotion list is at 11 number.
So my question is in above facts and circumstances do I have locus Standi to file Writ in High Court against my Boss for quashed his illegal appointment.
If Yes!! please cite some judgment in this regard.
Thanks.
