One of Railway Employee has sought help from RTI Activist for seeking information and the department has issued him charge-sheet and E.O has proved charges. taking help from RTI Activist is illegal.

I purchased a land thro registered sale deed. There is a typing mistake in spelling in name entered in Data sheet in computer while registering. Kindly guide how to rectify the spelling in the name entered in data sheet in computer? The land is situated in a district town of Jharkhand. How it will get corrected? Plz, advice Thanks to all.

hi experts,iam a law student..a registeration of a land was made by a district level court on a 27/07/2014 to my uncle..as we have paid for the expenses to the uncle i took a gpa on the same day after the registeration was made..does this amounts to any problem in future??

can we purchase one cent of land (30*40site )for the consturuction of home from st people with out taking government permission.we belongs to general community.the land what we have purchase is not a granted land by the government to the st people.we belong to state of karnataka

The defendants have raised objection that the (to be replaced) director of the plaintiff company is not a listed witness to the case. They have also stated in the Objection petition that the (to be replaced) director is not aware of the facts of the case.
The director who represented earlier is unwell and unable to attend Court.
Should I use case laws to argue my case or should I just go by the facts?? Please enlighten.

Hello all ,
My grand father bought few acres of land (andhra pradesh , prakasam dist) 40 yrs back from a person , who initially bought it from a freedom fighter.
There were few registrations that happened before we bought that land .
But recently 2 yrs back during YSR regime , government had stopped registrations in our area as they were collecting land for VANPIC project.
Though government did not occupy our land or nor given any notice to our lands, they have stopped registrations of sorrounding areas .
Wish to know
1) whether the lands that were assigned to Freedom Fighter are still considered ASSIGNED, even after multilple registrations and even after 40 yrs of tenure?

In a recovery suit on the bases of pronote, if the plaintiff has not filed the succession certificate at the time of filing the suit and also not mentioned it in the list under order 7 rule 14,
Whether it can be admissible in evidence in further stage, filed without leave of court?
