Sir,
I do not know which category my query comes. My query is if a person wantonly hides an information to the Court, how it would be treated? For example, a person fighting for a property in a court is fighting for the same subject matter in another court i.e. in one court he is the petitioner and in another court he is the defendant. If he hides this fact to both the courts, how it is taken by the Court of Law?
Can anyone explain this?

Dear members,
I am from Andhra Pradesh. Our great grand father build a temple near to our house. For the last more than eighty years our great grand father worshipped our Family God in that Temple and after my great grand father my grand father worshipped the God and after my grand father my father and I worshipping the God in that temple which is build by our great grand father. For the last one year not only our family members but also others also worshipping the God in our temple.
We allowed others to worship in our temple. The problem is that without our permission others are now doing alterations in our temple without our permission. Now even they are demanding to hand over the temple keys. The land documents is in the name of my father. What should we do to protect our rights on our temple and to have a authority on the temple.
Shall we create a Trust or Society in the name of temple???
Please give advice??
Thankyou all,
Yours truly,
Kumar.

Consumer court after 2 years passed orders that on point of jurisdiction case cannot be decided by this court and case can be filed on appropriate court where it has jurisdiction to trial the case. My query is that almost a year has passed since the court has ordered and now can I file case in consumer court after one year where it has jurisdiction or is there any time limit.

Respected Experts,
I applied for the re-issue/renewal of my passport and submitted the form too, where I mentioned my Marital status - Separated (My divorce case is pending and my wife and me are living separate). As per the process I have submitted Annexure-K too at the Passport office, attested by the first class judicial magistrate.
Now the APO is asking me to get Permission, in written form, from the Hon'ble judge of family court, on whose bench my case is pending, which seems to be highly impossible.
My question here is: if it is legitimate to ask for this sort of letter? If so is there a provision or procedure for it and if not then how should I deal this situation?
Thanks in advance for your valuable advice.

Hello experts,
I have moved for probate of my late father's registered Will. At this stage, the two attesting witnesses who are both based in Delhi have been summoned and served. It would be important to mention that both attesting witnesses have taken part in some other court cases wherein the Will has been given as evidence.
Now one of the attesting witnesses has given an address in Pune and is seeking huge amount for coming . While the other has been served but isn't coming to tender his evidence.
Please suggest remedy in this case.
Please inform me : in a civil suit at which stage the defendant is supposed to file his affidavit of evidence ?
a. Before cross examining Plaintiff on Plaintiff's affidavit of evidence.
or
After cross examining the plaintiff.
Authenticity of will
Sir,
Which will be taken as more authentic,a will which is registered with notary public
or the will which is registered with sub registrar.
Please advice.
