Cheque bouncing by a company where previously held dircetorship

Dear Sir,
i was holding the post of a director in a private limited company in New Delhi during 2012-13. i resigned from that company in April 2014 but the other director did not submitted his resignation on form no 32 to the ROC and the company has closed due to non functioning and losses. the other director is absconding who was having the signing authority. now there is some case of cheque bouncing against the company. the other director is not taking any summons and he is hiding. now since my name is there in company papers as a director hence i am getting warrants. within a span of 1 month i have received tow warrants one is non bailable and one is bailable. since i ma not in Delhi and i stay outside Delhi so the warrants are coming to my parents home and the policeman threatening and asking money. kindly suggest. my holding in the company is not more than 10 shares. i had joined the company as employee but they made me director later on. i had worked there for one year and left. kindly suggest

Dda denying its own property

I live in Kotla mubarak pur New Delhi -110003 which is under MCD, the land in front of my house has been vacant and a known public passage adjacent to main road that lies vested with MCD. the DDA has charged damages for this piece of land from occupants of such open land adjacent to main road for around twenty years. Even notices have been issued for eviction of this land over number of years to the occupants of the vacant land by DDA from time to time. Now they are denying that it is not their land and it has been wrongly assessed as DDA land. This open vacant land which is right of way to my house is being encroached by land mafia and MCD and DDA are not willing to take any action on the pretext that it is a private land.. what should I do to get justice

Membership

My mom is a prime owner of two flats. She passed away 5 months back. She had done nomination of both the flats in my and my brothers name. She had also given letter and form to the society 2 years back for the associate membership and putting our names in certificate. We have copy of the receipt of the same by society and the cheque for the same was also deposited by them. but inspite of regular insistence they kept on delaying in putting our names on the share certifcate. now they are neither allowing us to attend meetings, transferring flats in our names or be on the society management. what can be done

Tenancy

A Rent Agreement for 11 months was drawn up between landlord and tenant on standard terms but due to oversight the clause asking the tenant to vacate on a month's notice before expiry of the 11 months was not incorporated. Can such oversight cause problems should the landlord need the premises for his own use. Or wait till the expiry of the 11 months agreement.

Queries relating to preparation of will

I am preparing a will wherein I would like to bequeath my residential property, jewelry, monies in bank accounts and bank fixed deposits to my wife. In respect of the same, I have the following queries;
(1) After my death, in accordance with the above will, all the assets listed above will be passed on to my wife. Further, in the same will, can I create a succession planning wherein I can state that after my wife’s death, the assets must be immediately sold and the proceeds must be apportioned among my daughters?
(2) If not, is it necessary for my wife to create a new will after my death to bequeath the assets passed on to her?
(3) I am also entitled to a share in ancestral land which I will get in due course of time. Can I bequeath in my will the share of land that I shall possibly get in future in favor of my wife/daughters?
(4) Is it necessary to appoint an executor? Who can I appoint as an executor?
(5) Can one of my daughters who as per the will (prepared as stated in 1 above) have been mentioned as a beneficiary after my wife’s death be appointed as an executor?
(6) If not, can I appoint one of my son-in-laws as an executor?
(7) Is it necessary to register a will? Where can I register my will? What are the charges/fees/ taxes payable for registering a will?

How to file pil online in sci

I need help to file online PIL in SCI. I'm 27 years of age and live with my widowed mother. My uncle and his family have been harassing us for many years for our property which belongs to my father and we have all the documents. Two years back my uncle and his family attacked me physically and abused my mother at night and threatened to kill us. I wrote to city SP along with all documents to file FIR and take action against the accused. The matter was sent to local police station, where the accused used their political connections and influence to pressurize me for a compromise. They made me sign a document stating the matter was solved. But as they failed to keep their word of protecting us or taking any action against the accused for their continued violence, I again approached the SP. Again the same thing happened and I was threatened like anything. I sent all the related documents along with an application to the State Commission for Women regarding the issue. Commission sent notice to local police for their inaction and to give an answer. The local police SHO sent me a notice to appear before them and when we went he humiliated me and my mother for writing to the commission and said it was not a police matter. I told him that its a cognizable crime and I've seen it on news channels that I should get a FIR registered. But the SHO called me IPC 84 and laughed at me. I reported this to the State Commission for Women via email. The next day the SHO along with many constables barged into our home and in an intimidating manner asked me and my mother to sign a document that was dictated by himself stating that the matter was resolved and made me sign it. I told him that I can write my own statement in English, but he refused. I was scared and could not question them. But even after that I asked what about the FIR or action against the accused. The SHO made false claims of looking into it. This happened in April 2014. I need help in approaching the SCI, but I don't know how to file a PIL online. Please help me.
