Judgment was passed in 1990 by ADJ and finally affirmed by Supreme Court in 2009.
Decree Sheet is not drawn by ADJ till date.
My query is that
Whether ADJ will issue Notice to opposite party at this stage, if I file an Application to draw the Decree ?

SIR.
i am from karnataka, arround 10 years ago my father had gifted my one site, at the same time i have given unregistered GPA, now after 10 years without my knowledge my father has sold that site to some one. kindly tell me the validity of sale deed, can i file the suit for cancellation of sale registered on unregistred GPA.
kinldy advice me.

I'm doing a research work on trust and various enactments regarding trust , after constant research work , few of my question havent still be answered
1.why was the bombay trust act 1950 formed,
its validity.if not valid anymore then its succeed law
which books should i refer which enables me to research in detail about various trust enactments and into its history

I filed the recovery suit against a man and the case was exparty and I obtained degree in the case. Will the case come under any criminal sections if he does not pay my money???

Hi sir, in my father's will there mentioned about three different landed properties.property A is equally for mother and brother.property B is for brother alone and property C for sister tats me.property C is sold.there is no seperate deed for property B and A.now brother is planning to sell property B.will it be possible for him to sell it without mothers consent.all this details are written in one will.and property A is not partioned yet. Thank u

There was a typo error of house no of a partner in the unregistered partnership deed on stamp paper.
Is there a provision to correct this .
What is the procedure to correct this.
This is still not registered or filed , but just created

A have purchased 83.4 cents property in 1962
In road extension during 90's she remained with 80 cents land. A house was constructed in the name of her husband in 1990. She sold the part of the land other than her house and some site in backyard.
In 2010 she mortgaged her remaining part by mortgage of title deeds,
In 2015 the loan became NPA and bank moving with Sarfaesi act and given notices.
I have seen that in the schedule Sarfaesi notices 13(2),13(4),sale notice, the house is not mentioned, and the bank mentioned the old boundaries of total site as in 1962 sale deed. And the not mentioned road extension and sale of the part of the land to others. it seems like that bank not done any physical survey.
Now that site is for auction in very good affordable price. I want to go for bid. Any legal issues will arise during registration of the sale certificate? What checks i need to consider .?

My uncle and one of relation filed a case for a property.in that my uncle is defendant.the opposite party got ad interim injuction one year back.few days back only we came to know that they got odrer.patta is in the name of my uncle.now my uncle died 3 mths back.now they r showing the order and telling will take possession.now the case was transferred to district court from sub court.not yet re numbered.need solution to stop from taking possession

In our society, some people claim purchase of parking without legal documents. earlier commiittee decided to allot all the parkings on lottery basis as there are no sufficient parkings. Now, the new committe is deciding to do the lottery for open parkings but for stilt, they are asking for Rs. 100000 /- as deposit for getting it. Only people who will pay this amount will be entitled to use Stilt parking. Is it legal? It does not call for equality as all the people would not be able to pay the same. How to deal with it?
Please help.

Lost - exparte - civil case
Hi,
We failed a civil case. But there was no representative from other party.
Advocate filed Exparte but unfortunately we lost the case. (without opponent advocate)
When contacted advocate he is saying some excuses.
Please suggest us how can we proceed further.
