I am working at block level employee doing the particular work which are doing at district and state level. But they are getting higher salary but I am getting lower salary. How can I get justice

My father is having an ancestral house. My self and my wife is living separately for the last 6 years. My wife filed partition suit on behalf of my minor son for 50% of my share in the ancestral house. My share in the ancestral property amounts to Rs.8,00,000. She is claiming 50 % of 8 Lakhs i.e. Rs.4 Lakhs.
I have taken loan Rs.5,00,000/- in the year 2009 from my father when my self along with my son lived together. My question is does my father can deduct Rs.5,00,000/- from my total share of Rs.8,00,000/- and can give 50 % of the remaining (i.e.50 % of Rs.3,00,000/-)share to my son or not.
Please clarify

My grand father purchased the above house. Hence I called it's as ancestral.

Sir as I have to file a suit for recovery in person and affidavit in sopport of plaint has to be attached and when I approached the oath commissioner to attest the affidavit he told me that you should be identified by a lawyer who is also known to me otherwise he will not attest the affidavit.Now can I prove my identity before oath commisioner by producing my voater card or driving licence or any other proof of my identification ?

I'm working at block level SSA a central government project. This post is approved by central government and it is established all state level. Haryana government already made regularised this post. But odisha government is not doing anything for this and also paying below wages rate approved by government. Our district / state level employees are not regular but they are getting as state government employees. How we are get justice.?

Sir in a summary suit u/o 37 CPC being filed by me the court has given me the summons of the suit to be served upon the defendant who is a lady with the help of process server of the court .Now can I pray court to provide me police assistance to be present with me at the time of serving the defendant as I am afraid of any untoward incident may occur as I have to go to defendant at her residence ?

mere saas k property hai jo k mere sasur bechna chahate hai aur apne ladke aur bahu ko bhagane k hr mumkin koshish krte hai pr hmlog nikl nhe rahe hai ghr se.aur vo ghr mere saas k naam pr hai pr sasur pura bechna chahate hai hmne courtcase b kra ua hai.sasur ne b kr dya hai k hm log usko maarte pitte hai aur tourcher krte hi so plz help me kya kare.....

Earlier the property was in the name of my father and after his death I inherit the same and mutation was sanctioned in my name in revenue record as owner and there is no sale deed in my favour as I got the by inheritance. There is no dispute with any one and now I want the registered sale deed in my own favour to be executed by myself in my own favor only in order to get the title deed as I want to deposit with the bank by equitable mortgage for the purpose of raising loan.
My point is Whether I can execute the sale deed by myself in my own favor after paying the stamp duty.
If yes how to be done?

sir mai ek bahut kam padha likha insaan hu aur mere pitajine mujhe meri maa aur mere bade bhai ko bachpan me hi ghar se nikaal diye the us samay mai 4-5 saal ka tha meri maa hum dono bhaiyo ko leker bahut jyada dipreshan mai thi aur wo tabhi naajane kaha chali gayi ki hum phir unse nahi mil paye hum dono bhai patna me apne nana naani ke paas rah kar padhne lage aur baad me mere bade bhai ne bhi 2008 mai 24 saal ki age me suicide kar liya jab mai apne ghar apne papa ke paas gaya tab mujhe pata chala ki mere papa ne wo saari khheti ki jamin bech diye hai aur jo makaan mere pardada ke naam ki hai use bhi bechne wale hai jab maine unse apna hissa maanga to wo kehne lage ye to mere dada ki property hai isme tumhara koi hissa nahi unho ne aaj tak koi apni property nahi banai hai
to kya sir mera apne pardada ki property ne koi huq nahi hai?
