Thank you all to guide me.one more thing which I want to know that
I have given them my permanent address but they did not have any residential proof because at the time of loan sanctioned they only took my rented proof not permanent address proof so can they send summon or police to permanent address?what about PDC?.

Sir,
1. The lower court passed a Decree of Rajeenama in a case of Specific Performance (2005) in a land purchase between Seller 'A' and Purchaser 'B' in an un-partitioned agriculture with other Khatedar 'C' & 'D' in 2015.
2. The 'C' had already obtained Status Quo in his application in 2010, thus filed a case of Court of Contempt for the decree of specific portion of land in an un-partitioned land; whereas there was no Stay on the Execution of the Civil Proceedings by the lower court.
3. In parallel to this a partition suit is also pending in SDO Court since 2005; brought by 'C' in assistance to 'A' to cancel the sell made by 'A' in favor of B in 2004.
4. After the Decree 'A' instead of putting Application of permission to make sell registration in favor of 'B'; indulged in the other preparation with his well wisher 'C'.
5. The 'C' has later file 'Civil Leave to Appeal' to appeal against the Decree passed in favor of B by ADJ Civil Court. 'C' has been working for A to challenge the decree to that 'A' could sell his land in question to other parties at present rates.
6. The 'Civil Leave to Appeal' is pending in the hearing in HC; most probably would be dismissed/rejected on the ground that the land has already been partitioned and 'C' has no right in the property of 'B' nor he is a co-tenant.
My Question:-
7. Can 'B' put an application in the Decree passing Court under Order 21 rule 11 when the Leave to Appeal is pending to get allowed or not and also there is one more application of Court of Contempt (2015)...?
Because the Seller 'A' has already verbally agreed to sell the land in question after the decree might be quashed through the Appeal & WCP made by 'C'. 'A' have also taken some advance amount from other purchasers & are waiting to get the Land after the Decree.
Please suggest with appropriate solution.

Plz let me know the whole process to change birth date on leaving certificate of primary school.
I have birth certificate with correct date but in all docs having wrong birth date.

i borrowed money RS;30000{THEE LAKS} against executing a registered sale agreement of my land in 2013.,it was given by government to me in samathuvaburam thittam before 15 years. the lender is doing money lending business with high interest. i pay interest till last jun 2014 without any receipt[total interest paid amount;Rs280000]. now the lender filed specific performance suit. what is the remedy to me. i am ready to pay the dept in right manner. the witnesses in the agreement is also sub borrower of me. they are in fever of me.

I have a query regarding partnership act . What are consequences of death of a partner in a partnership of 5 people ? I hereby want to ask whether any written notice is required to be given by a partner to other partners intimating them of such change . Whether partners are legally bound to intimate registrar of such change in constitution ? and what is time limit ?

one of my friend is contesting candidate for numberdar ( lumberdar), before the SDM Faridabad, Haryana. he is 33 years of age and his qualification is MBA. May you please suggest some citation of high court of punjab & haryana and hon'ble Supreme court regarding age and qualification as the court of SDM has fixed case for 4.2.16 for presenting the relevent law.

Siut for specific performance
hi ,
here there was suit filed on my mothers name for specific performance stating we agreed for a sale deed to sell our land and also created forged document with my mother and father sign on it which clearly shows it is not .
and the suit was filled by my mother own sister stating that my mother agreed to sell property and received 80% of amount in 4 years and now requesting for registration they approached court and recently that suit was dismissed for default .
now again they filed a counter within 30 days stating they were not aware of the date and advocate thought it was 29th instead of 2nd asking court to reopen the case so please suggest me what to do on this .
*EC is on my mothers name
*plaintiff is in position
as our land is just beside there house
