My query is that whether Registered POA of 2004 for a immovable property coupled with sale consideration for which a separate receipt is also issued of even date and an unregistered agreement to sale is also entered into along with affidavit of the executer of POA that the POA is irrevocable is valid ?
if executant cancel the POA unilaterally in 2013 by registering cancellation deed in the off of sub registrar.
If yes can a valid sale deed can be executed by the POA holder without seeking any declaration from court that such cancellation is null and void.
If you know any case law where such sale deed was held to be valid please share that also.

Hello friends,
i am a recently pass my LL.B degree from jammu university and doing Practice in Taxation field.
Problem : The People of my Locality/Street is Form a Mohalla committiee . They passed a resolution to install a gates in beganing and end of street( Street is under jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation. They are asking all people of Locality/street to Pay Rs 2000 for each car and a monthly 800 rupees. They further said that only car with Parking Stricker is allowed to enter in Street.Further they are saying me that if you not paid us amount your Guests are not allowed in street.After installation of Gates a Security Agency is hired to stop the cars of outsiders in street.
I have a objection regarding above Resolution of Mohalla Association.Since due to there resolution i am sufferer. i Park car inside my house then why i pay them 2000 and 800 monthly charges.They just pass the resolution to help the People Who don't have Parking at home . these People Park car in street. Due to car Parking by people of Neighbour Street . these people of my street unable to park car.
Further i have a plan to set up my chamber in my house. But due to Mohalla Association resolution my clientage will be effected and my Guests and Relatives not allowed to come in street with car.the people who are installing gate is for their benefit since they have costly cars in street.these people manytimes park car in front of my Gate due to which i face problem to move my car.
I request to my Professional Brothers to suggest me remedy in above case since these people moving application to Jammu Municipal Corporation seeking permission to install gate in street.Please help me

That my father has instituted inventory proceeding upon death of late uncle (step uncle who is issueless) with respect property registered in his late uncle. That my father has enclosed death certificate of his father and also of his uncle. however death certificate of his grandfather is not available as such affidavit of three witnesses have been enclosed. Now the cousin brothers of my fathers uncle (estate leaver) have pressurize one of the witness whose affidavit is enclosed in the inventory Proceeding to change his affidavit and they have challenge the inventory stating that by my father has pressurized the witness to execute affidavit before notary.
I need
1. whether cousin brothers of estate leaver can challenge inventory Proceeding which was instituted by the legal heirs?
2. What will happen in the appeal in this case?

In the domestic inquiry the Enquiry Officer have favoured the management ignored my documents and evidence and same not mentioned in the Enquiry Report. The Enquiry Officer also stated in the report that I was not working properly whereas for the last 20 years my ACR reports are satisfactory and good. My query is that on what grounds Enquiry Officer have stated that I was not working properly and why he has ignored my documents and evidences in the report for which my services stands dismissed. Can I file any case against Enquiry Officer for favouring the management, please advice.

In a Civil Suit for recovery can the counsel for the plaintiff ask the defendant to bring on record additional documents during cross examination at the stage of DE. Can the courts direct the defendant to produce such document after the stage of framing of issues has passed?

Respected sir,
we file a civil suit for encroachment.In lower court, but we are in failure.Then make an appeal to district court,but here in also
get failure .Then file second appeal in "Mumbai High court" but at admission stage appeal is dismissed., Then again file review application ,even though review application is also dismissed.In lower court first suit is filled in the year 1995, & last review application is dismissed in the year june 2015.
From lower court to high court our law point is not fairly considered by Hon.court. For further going to supreme court our financial condition is not so good.Hence my request is are any legal provision to go to again lower court for demanding justice in same matter or any other provision in civil procedure code,criminal procedure code, limitation act,or in evidence act,etc. please guide me in positive manner.-

Sir, I have been served to delhi govt as Statistician for 10 years. Now I have selected by RPSC for the post of Statistical Officer in Rajasthan Govt. Whether my pay will be protected by Rajasthan Govt, If I resigns technically from Delhi Govt ?
