Hello all,
One of my friend named "A" was working as Assistant Professor on regular basis for 3 years in a College affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has got a copy of appointment letter. However, his college didn't sign any contract of service with him at the time of appointment. One week back , all of a sudden he was relieved from job without assigning any reason. He want to file a case against college for being reinstated. Can he do so? If yes, which Forum should he approach n under what Law?

Dear Members,
I am a builder and bought bulk sms service from a company for marketing purposes of my flats.
Now, in case of any deficiency of services from the bulk sms company, can i sue them in state consumer court. Or i should file case in some other court as i use these bulk sms for commercial purposes.

Dear Sir,
I am planning to shift into a independent house for lease amount of 15lakhs for 3years duration. My owner stays in Norway. He had taken all our members aadhar card, voter ID and my fathers pan copy. He is saying us to transfer amount through RTGS in 3 parts in 3 days means 5 lakhs on each day. He said he had given GPA to his brother who stays in another city will come and sign the agreement once you transfer the amount. He said to make agreement in 500 rupees paper. Later after 15days I will come to India and I will sign.
Now what's the security to our amount, once we transfer the amount if he won't turn back.
So please suggest me what to do immediately.

I am thinking of filing for insolvency due to heavy losses in business. I do not own any assets.Please advise what happens after I file insolvency petition and I win in court. Will I be able to lead a normal life again. Can I get a job? Will I be able to get ancestral property?

sir, am recedent of Gujarat by birth, i came to know that my forefather have land in maharashtra about 60 acers. my grandfather's name as occupantin 7/12 till 1955, and then mutation came in 7/12 from ORAL CELL DEED OF (RS.500/-) system which is call VARDI in maharashtra. this transaction is not REGISTRED in SUBREGISTRA office at concend
Taluka. the Bayer thorough oral sell does not have document of registered sell deed. this Land is acquired by MIDC for industrial purpose in 1992 where compensation is 700000 but the second party went to civil court about dissatisfaction of by MIDC's compensation and civil court has directed MIDC to pay 4500000 as compensation. this civil court decision is challenge by MIDC in Bombay high court on grounds that 4500000 competition is not admissible. IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE CAN I GET THE MONey AS COMPENSATION OR HOW CAN I TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS ? BECAUSE I AM THE ORIGINAL OCCUPANT OF THE LAND BUT BY CHEATING SECOND PARY HAS MADE MUTATION IN 1955 AND FORM THAT HE IS OCCUPANT AND TAKING COMPENSATION.

Dear Sir,
My Opponent has filed a false affidavit in my civil case of recovery, Against which I have filed an application u/s 340 CrPC with complete evidences which are proving his offence. Judge sahib was saying I am not empowered to punishment. Kindly in such case what are the possible outcome. Whether person who filed false affidavit will be punished or ....?

We filed witness affidavit on 16/03/2016
Till today opposite lawyer deliberately takes adjournment whenever matter on board.till today they not taking cross exam of witness.
My question is
Hon'ble Court mag pass no cross order.
If yes, the under which provision of CPC I can submit?
What ingredients required for no cross order?
I am waiting your valuable suggestions.
