To get back donated land to market committee

Grampanchayat powers to approve building construction plan in year 1984 in maharashtra

Hi,

I have a ancestral house in village Dandeghar of Taluka mahabaleshwar District Satara of Maharashtra. In all British maps the house entry is appearing in as early as year 1937 survey map. Thereafter again in year 1957 map also the house is appearing. My late grandfather, made and application in year 1984 to Village Gram Panchayat office and got the formal approval for constructing the new house after demolishing the old ancestral house. Even the building plan blueprint was approved with due resolution number in village panchayat meeting. Since then after constructing new house of same size the same is in existence till date without any further modification after year 1984. Now SDO office Wai has ordered a demolition order for said house stating that we have not taken permission from thier office. We met the SDO office Wai officer and requested him to kindly revise his order as ours is a very old property and house was reconstructed after taking formal permission from local Grampanchayat office in year 1984. However, SDO is of the opinion that the need the documentary evidence stating that in year 1984 village grampanchayat had powers to do so.

I request the expert panel to please advise me as to what can be done in this case and where can I get the document stating in year 1984 village grampanchayat had powers to issue construction permission and permission to approve maps for construction.

Just to be specific, my village comes in Mahabaleshwar Panchgani Eco Sensitive Zone declared in the year 17 January, 2001. however my old house is almost 100 years old and reconstruction was done in year 1984 with due permission i.e. prior to enactment of MRTP Act and MLR Code, 1956.

Obc non creamy clarification required

I am a OBC and previously fell under the creamy layer category as i was with my father. I have applied for legal separation from father and the same is granted by a civil court. My individual income is <2 lakh per annum.
will the father's income (greater than 6 lakhs) still make me in creamy or non creamy layer?
Will my father's age and occupation matter after legal separation?

Leave & license agreement

Dear Sir,

I am posting this query on behalf of my husband. My husband has vacated a rented accommodation in saki naka on 28the feb due to our wedding in march. However the owner failed to return him the deposit of Rs 1 lac until middle of april. we have been consistently pursuing him to pay our deposit of Rs. 1 lac, however after a lot of pursuasion, he has returned us only 75 k and that too in middle of april. Moreover when we asked his wife to give us a valid justification of deducting 25 k from our deposit, his wife said he will ask his husband to call back and explain. The owner has not returned calls till now and does not pick up our calls as well. Request you to please guide us in this case as we are unable to get back our hard earned money back from the owner.Thank you so much.

ATM case

Hello experts
From my sisters account 80000 rupees were withdrawn by ATM by some other person. She stays in pune and the transactions were done from.mumbai. The atm card was in her possession. We filed the case before cyber cell and bank but almost 6 months passed no results. And even they are not interested in solving the problem.
My query is can I file case before consumer forum for deficiency in service by bank?
