Hello,
I have been approached by a newly formed Trust to lease out the 3rd floor measuring about 1800 sqft approx of my house to run a educational institute of Hotel Management .
My query is whether can a Trust hire a place in its name ?
What documents and conditions do I need to check before signing the Lease deed with the said Trust?
How can the eviction proceedings be launched against the Trust in case of non payment of rent by the said educational institute being run under the Trust..?
What if all the Trustees including President resigns is the trust still valid ?

Sir,I had a charge of IPC 341 323 and 34 but the witnesses of my opponent didn't came and the complainant had withdrawn the case by compromise.Now my question is
1) what I have to write in my character antecedent certificate?
Have I ever been prosecuted?
Yes or No?
2)After compromise,if there will be any record of this case in the police station or it will be cleared???

If I mortgage a non agricultural land for borrowing a loan for agriculture purpose and incase of default, can SARFAESI be enforced on that land.

A license is not ready to vacate the premises even after expiry of the agreement. He is not ready to give monthly compensation for the over stay.
The licencor whenever goes to his premises , the licensee threatens and even pushes him out of the premises. licencor has even tried to take help of local police but it seems even the police is in hand and glove with the licencee..
Kindly assist what is the immediate remedy for the licencor?

To obtain a degree from a court regarding ownership of a particular property worth Rs.10 lakhs, I would like to clarify the following points.
1.What is the percentage of amount towards mount fees to be remitted into Court.
2.Has the mount fee amount to be remitted for the entire value of the property or for lesser amount.
3.What would be the time frame to get a degree
4.What are the basic documents required for filing

I have possession of my house from last 60 years.i have ration card ,electricity bill.but i have not paid any amount to landlord or not paid rent.as landlord has given the house bcz i use to do all work of bldg and i was taking care of bldg as i was servant of landlord. Can landlord evict me?? Can i claim tenancy right?

I require advice on the following matter -:
We had formed a pvt ltd company in 1993 - 94 with three directors. I am one of the directors.
The company had given corporate gurantee to bank for five individuals for purchasing tippers for coal transportation to be attached with the company, the individuals after paying the installments for about one year, stopped running the tippers with the company and stopped paying the installments to the bank in 1995.
After 1998 there was no work in the company and in jan 2012 all three original directors resigned and new directors were inducted.
Now in 2015 the bank has started sending notices and we wanted consultation regarding this.

ST (schedule tribe) lady gifted land of 73AA through a will to my mother who is not a tribal or agriculturist as my mother was taking care of her and the lady does not have any son or daughter. There is also a probate letter from civil court to the will and we have house on that land and my mother's name on 7/12 nakal and we are staying there for 14years but now our neighbours has filed case against us u/s 73AA in district collector in gujarat state.
please reply & guide it will be a big help as we don't know what to do now.

Dear Sir,
I am decree holder but the company has not paid up the money due to me. I have filed execution of the decree and still they have not turned up in the court. Should i file for imprisonment under order 21 rule 11(2) or order 21 rule 37 against them? which one is stronger and has better chances for me to get my money.

when winding up or other legal suit on against Company A
where Company A had given loan to Company B
if Company A goes on liquidation, what will happen to the loan given by Company A to Company B,
and if Company A has given loans and advances around 10Lac to Company B, what kind of effect can come on that company B ? Can Lenders demand for that money and go legal against company B?
- As Company A owe monies to bankers just wanted to check if there can be any legal consequences or or fulfilling demand by giving back the loans or advances by company B.
