I am really sorry sir please help me.I lodged FIR against one guy who was irritating me by his calls n texts via differnt numbers.now the case is in court under IPC 294.My FIR had three witnesses, one is my father n other is ma cousin bro n his friend.My cousin brother's friend does not know anything, while lodging FIR SHO asks for witness and my cousin brother shares my problem with his friend and he put downs his signature on FIR. The thing is we were unware about the fact that the case will be dragged in court.Now problem is my cousin brother's friend is not ready to give his statment.Please tellme is there any way to solve the case or is it possible to solve the case on my father's n cousin brothers statement?

1)When a compoundable case(IPC 341,323, 34)is settled by compromise,then is the fir and the chargesheet automatically quashed or not?
2)If not then what is the procedure to quash the fir along with the chargesheet?

Hello dear expert !
I am having 2 flat with same builder but different apartment, building is 15 to 20 years old ,no society, all flat owner jointly appointed one flat owner for taking care of meintenance of building, land is on builder name. Now my question is :
If building collapse by any means what will be my legal position pls guide me.
Do i get new flat if builder builds new building free of cost? Or
I do not get flat ?
Do i have any right along with other flat owner in the land ?
Or i do not get anything does i loses all my rights? Pls guide ne

Dear Expert,
Request to help on the matter, as two of my neighbors have started Furniture Manufacturing Business in our street in front of our Houses, they are using heavy machine day and night to module wood, and also using spay machine to colour the raw furniture items, we have requested to stop these activities but it has no effect, we have also approached to the local police station but still no action was taken.
What are the remedies available to us to tackle this issue ?? Needed you suggestion please help.

Dear Sir, My mother gifted me some agricultural land based through registered gift deeds in last few years. My brother challenged them last year by bringing an unregistered sale deed.
The unregistered sale deed was dated in 1991. It claims that my brother has given loan to my parents, in turn my mother sold him all her agricultural property. The agricultural property had life interest of my grand mother ( mother's mother) till the time of her death in 1999. He claims that he has asked my mother to register the property to his name, but she postponed it and he did not take legal action due to parental relationship. And now as she executed sale deeds, he was forced to file suit of specific performance.
Neither my mother nor me were aware of this sale deed. We are 100% sure that it was forged somehow.
Please advise us how to approach this case.
1.What is the limitation period of this document?
2.What is the basis for his argument and how are we supposed to challenge it.
I am typing translated copy of the unregistered sale agreement and notice served to us for reference.
I am daughter to my mother, the land is located in Andhra pradesh.
Please advise.

Meaning of "kept for cav"
Dear Sir,
I am appearing as a party in person in Gujarat Highcourt Case No : SCA 5648/2002.
After final hearing on 22-06-2016, my case is kept pending for judgement.
However, in the court's online details it is shown as "kept for CAV"
Kindly tell me the meaning of "kept for CAV".
