Death certificate of american citizen for property

We are 3 brother and I live in the house made by our father. He gifted me the house before dieing few years ago.

Sadly one of my brother living in America died in June this year.

Now my other brother who has no share in this house is asking for the death certificate of my brother who died in America.

I dont understand why he wants the death certificate as my brother was an American citizen since 1983 and never lived here.

He also has no objection to the house gifting to me by my father.

What is my brother intention in asking for my america brother death certificate.

Plz suggest.

Forged poa - notary seal and serial number of document notarised

A Power of Attorney was fabricated by doing forged signatures in 1994. The POA did not indicate continued interest in favour of Donee. Donor expired in 2006. Using this fabricated POA a sale transaction was done in 2012 which is after death of Donor.

An Advocate has put remarks on the POA of 1994 "Explained and Identified by me" followed by his name, registration number and address.

A Notary has put a signature and date with Notary Seal. The notary seal only has the name of Notary with the words "Greater Bombay" in the middle of the seal.
My observation as regards to Notary:-
A)Registration Number and Government appointing the notary is absent on the seal.
B)Address of Notary is also not mentioned on the document.
C)The document does not bear any serial number of indicating notarising the document.

My first task is to prove the signatures are fabricated.
Can I use my observations to further subtantiate my claim that the document is forged / fabricated in totality.

Hence yesterday i queried:-
1) What is the effect of absence of Registration number, Name of Government Appointing the Notary - on the seal of the Notary.

2)Serial Number as required by Form XV of Notarial Register pertaining to the document notarised not mentioned on the document.

Temple authorisation

Hello Experts,
I have a query regarding a temple issue.
Actually I am one of the member of a Temple which is under a trust and the Temple was developed by a businessmen 10 years back along with some shops and a community hall usually given for marriages in the temple premises and now from past ten years that businessmen was taking care of that temple as Trust was not having sufficient money to maintain it and the businessmen use to give salaries to the temple staff and he also use to collect rent for the Community hall and shops from the shop owners and whatever income comes from the temple he use to take it and no on objected it. Later new members came into the Trust and now Trustees and we members want to take over the Temple from the clutches of that businessmen, but he not ready to leave the premises and using his influence. Now my question is, is there any legal remedy or can we approach court of law to take over the trust from that businessmen. If yes what is the procedure.
