Dear Sir,
We had been told by corporation to get the succession certificate from court if we have to add name of mother as per their requirement.
For getting succession certifcate do we need to pay stamp duty also?
My father in his will gave property on my mothers name. still do we have to pay stamp duty to get succession certificate on my mothers name.
Pls advise

My husband file (i think under section 9 restitution of conjugal rights) case 3yr ago with my wrong address and 6 month ago when i know this my lawyer add a application for a maintenance case( for my child).Now he withdraw the case and file a divorce case.
My question is what should i do now?
Can i apply a maintenance application in divorce case?
Can i apply for section 9 case?
Please helppppp me.
I'm fighting case for 3 year for my child maintenance.

Govt of Karnataka has allotted a free site to Mr. X with 15 years lockin period clause. Mr. X has 10 children and a wife as legal heirs. Mr. X is still alive. He made a gift deed in favour of a daughter after completion of lockin period without the sign/witness of legal heirs. My question is
1. Whether the permission of AC or DC is necessory evenafter completion of lockin period?
2. Whether the gift deed is in order?
3. Whether sign of all the legal heirs are necessary?

I am the owner of rented property[shop] in kolkata. Rent of the property is 300. My tanent died in 2012 after that his elder son came to me and told me to change the tanency in favour of him. I told him to give me noc from his brother and sister. Since then he hasn't been eble to provide any noc. He is paying rent in cash but i did not issue any rent recipt. Now my queary is that can i evit him from my property?

I had a loan of amount Rs 4.0 lacs from PNB kanpur branch in 2006 to furnish my higher education. At that time the said ROI was 10% which later became 13.5%.
I completed by education in Aug 2010. I got my job in 2011. I was asked to pay Rs7000/- as EMI which I paid. In 2012 I had to go for higher studies and hence during that period I could not pay the EMI as I was not getting any salary so I requested the branch manager to provide me little grace time so that I can repay it properly. But that was denied . in 2013 April I got good job and I asked bank about EMI they asked to pay the emi of Rs.10015/- which was paid from my end on a regular basis without any lapse till march 2015. I got NPA notice in dec 2015 and asked to deposit the due interest (might be for period of 1 year on when I was persuing MBA). I deposited the same amount.
As per statement in Feb 2011 the outstanding principal was Rs 3.95 lacs and interest was Rs 1.33 lacs. In march 2011 principal remains same (Rs. 3.95 lacs) and interest increases to Rs 2.66 lacs.
My father went to branch to know the exact EMI which I needed to pay but all time he was sent back without providing any information and asking him to visit again and again. Since 2010 I dint know how much is my EMI and tenure
I called customer care as well they told me that My EMI is Rs. 4958 only which makes no sense as My outstanding was so heavy. I was told by the manager to pay the lump-some amount as EMI's until I come to know exact EMI amount and tenure.
Then finally I wrote to bank via email to know the exact emi and tenure but no response then I sent reminder . In april 2015 I received a letter only stating the lower emi some 5k + amount that too with out any tenure(The letter is lost some how from my end) Then I decided not to pay EMIs until i get correct information from bank and same I wrote to bank. Meanhwhile My father was asked to pay some odd amount to get the account out of NPA(for bank perspective) and was promised for settlement b. He paid the money time to time but no support from bank side. Bank is sending letter for recovery and saying amount 5.3 lcs+interest howvever I had already paid 3.8 lacs need guidance to clear this as I want to repay but with this kind of amount not possible as my 50% salary goes for other Emi +rent and all.I took PL to settle the amount but no support from PNB bank. Kindly suggest what can be done. I stopped paying because of casual behaviour from BANK. They have sent a notice to bank where I work for recovery.

Can a University modify the Name of any Degree ?
A university woud provide 5 yrs degree of Mechanical Engineering as " Degree in Mechanical Engineering " but recently it is providing as ""5 Years Degree in Mechanical Engineering "
can any University do this on its own decision ??

I want to start a card game site for foreign countries from India. Like poker game, card game, cashino are as of now not legal in India but its legal in other countries.
So can I run a site from India for Foreign country of these kind of games. THE Site will be blocked for India and can be used by other countries. Is it possible.

My house criminally trespassed by criminal nature relatives in year 2006, evicted by court order in 2014, ownership final by Honorable High court Chandigarh RSA 4362,
Can be read on High court web site.
before trespasser submitted false suit of permanent injunction, their stay application was dismissed, later this suit dismissed as withdrawn
RSA 4362 was pending in High court, two judgements CJ(SD) AND FAC on record trespasser submitted false SUIT OF DECLARATION with same draft submitted 7 times in court of law.
application submitted by me for mandatory statement high court rule order 7 rule 1 (j)
A statement to the effect that no suit between the same parties, or between parties under whom they or any of them claim, litigating on the same grounds has been previously instituted or finally decided by a Court of competent jurisdiction or limited jurisdiction, and if so, with what results” (15.3.1991).
this above statement is not submitted to date it is near about two years, application submitted on 30.10.14 by me
COURT OF LAW ALSO FORGET, IT WAS IN ZIMNI ORDERS UP TO FEB 15, LATER NOT MENTIONED IN ZIMNI ORDERS.
PLEASE ADVISE IF NO REPLY BY PLAINTIFF WHAT RESULTS, IF REPLY WHAT RESULTS.???, CASE DECIDED UP TO HONORABLE HIGH COURT

354 D Case
One person followed my wife 2-3 time and tried for friendship forcefully. We filled complaint to Police and Police arrested him under 354 D case. Now police filled charge sheet and courts first date is 27 September.
My question is- 1) now i am shifted to new city permanently. Is it necessary to attend court date? 2) Due to written apologies of that person, requests of his family members etc we decided to compromise and withdraw case. It is necessary to withdraw case ? Or my wifes absence in court will automatically beneficial to him? 3) My wife is pregnant and due to some complications my wife is unable to attend court. If my wife absent in court, then is there any possibility that court may issue warrant against my wife? We don't have any issue if court release that person if we do not defend.
