Whether filing of mere caveat would amount to stay of execution of the order/judgment automatically even if no stay is passed by the appellate court?

fixed term tenancy agreement infringed after 4 years
Kindly help me out regarding this question-
LIC entered into agreement with my client for taking building on rent for 15 years but after 4 years he infringed the agreement and vacate the premises after giving due notice...
1. what law favour landlord in this situation????
2. Latest Case Law
3. About Jurisdiction.
kindly help me as soon as possible.
I want to rent out my commercial land in a town of uttar pradesh to a local person there.
Althought the stamp duty amount is shared 50-50 by landlord and tenant. What i want to know is what is the use of such a agreement. If tomorrow the tenant doesn't vacate my premises , after the completion of agreement and we file a case, what will be the course of action in court.
1. Will they ask me for a reason as to why i want the tenant removed, even though he is paying the rent ? Will they ask me if i actually need this premises more then the tenant ??
2. Will they consider his plea tht his life will be ruined if he leaves this premises as his business is doing well.
3. Will they consider his innumerable pleas, even though we had signed on a REGISTERED agreement that he will leave the premises after the expire of say 2 yrs.
I have seen lakhs of cases pending in courts which are 20-25 yrs old. Will same thing happen in REGISTERED AGREEMENT case also ? Or the court will just look at the agreement and see the things which tenant and landlord had agreed upon and then take up from there.
ALL IN ALL... IS THERE ANY USE OF WRITING ALL THOSE DO' s and DONT's in an agreement
Dear Advocates!

Mother's right over married daughter
Sirs....my cousin sister is being heavily drugged by her husband and is endangering her life. my aunt is a widow living with my cousin brother and the victim girl is the only daughter. My aunt wishes to take the victim girl and admit her in a deaddiction center without the permission of the victim's husband. what i wish to know is whether Law allows a mother to take her married daughter to an deaddiction center and get her treated. Or does she need the consent of the husband to admit her. Please help the poor victim.
