Want to register of fathers(Late) property.
Lawers sugesting gift registration ..but document writer suggesting document of right release acceptance.
Plz suggest..

If any property purchased by my father and named on one of the son. Then is it possible to get any share in that property by other son whose name is not in registry. Registry is more then 7 yr old.
Please suggest

Respected Madam / Sir,
My name is sandeep and I'm from Tamilnadu.
I have a difficult and tough situation which requires help from experts like you.
My father and mother currently separated and I have one younger brother. My younger brother is addicted alcoholic drinking. My father retired from his duty and now he is working with one part-time job with salary of Rs 3,000. We have a small land which is (1200 sq.feet) .The problem is my mother borrowed more than 10 Laksh rupees from different local peoples and the total amount is now 14 lakhs rupees including interest. My mother not listening any one and still she is borrowing money from peoples by telling lie (for my hospitalzitaiton/ brother health problem/...etc).
My mother not signed any bond or any legal document for the borrowed money till date.
I'm trying to clear the debt money by selling that 1200 sq. feet land which is currently in my mother name. This property my mother got it from his father by court order.
Now I have some legal question to answer to sort out this problem.
1. By selling this land at least I need 3 to 6 months time and I need my mother co-operation. Mean while if any one filled civil case against my mother will it affect me, my father and brother. If so what action i have to follow?
2. My father is having some land (1 acre) which he got from his father (my grandpa). If any one filled legal case / went to police case will it affect my father property?
3. Finally most important as an elder kid I'm trying my level best to convenience my mother to understand the debt problem but she is not doing. Due to this family life also get suffered.
Currently I'm working as a Software Engineer in Top MNC in Chennai.
What will be the correct option I can choose?
Requesting Madam / Sir, Please help me Your best suggestion will help to save one family.

D/sir, kindly help tenents not vacating my widow mother shop 73 years old .tenents signed written stamp paper whenever you required the shop TENENTS WILL VACATE. BUT NOW HE DIDI NOT VACATING SHOP -AND HE FILED CASE AND TAKE stay order . kindly help how to get vacate shop

You had advised me to change the lawyer falsely fabricating documents and scaring me that I have breached injunction and plaintiffs have filed contempt application and that I will be imprisoned etc etc since 2015 Dec.
As I guessed it was all fabricated I did not go to meet him personally. Court where suit is filed is very far.
I also conveyed my views to lawyer who stopped threatening me and now only sends status information ( software).
Lawyer has managed to be lawyer of one of the Plaintiffs and also other late defendant my late POA. lawyer was hired by my co-defendant and I am not known to him. I also paid handsome fee instalment. That is why I am scared of changing lawyer and I have little at stake except breach of injuction if any.
On June 9 th I went to court and asked for my C/s proceedings papers but clerk refused saying that come on the date. As per online C/s status plaintiffs evidence with remarks A, next date since last one year
Please give your views and how can I access court proceedings papers for perusal. Regret for being verbose. Regards.

5 years ago i had booked flat in underconstruction building at Titvala and had paid part payment of Rs. 5.0 lakhs and also paid the stamp duty and registered the flat at Dombivli office
after some time the Builder had stopped work . The builder has ran away and his partners are there. Iam regularly calling them for refund of booking amount . Till date I have not received the refund
Please suggest legal remedy

I was retired from state gov job in jun 2016, i have guaranteed for a chit with 8 members i. 2003, the chit fund company suddenly came in before April 2016, and ask to pay rs 4 lakhs , all 7 guarantees are govt job holders, .. but chit fund company had a court order for that amount to be paid by me only,, and stopped my retirement benefits. What can I do?? Plz suggest..

Ref : Recent Changes in By Laws of Co-operative Housing Society & MCS Act 1960.
With respect to above reference I have a query :
Currently in our CHS located at Pune,MH we are holding 5 No. of Shares per Flat Owner. As per recent changes is it necessary to collect additional Share Capital for 5 Shares @ Rs.50 / per share.
(Applicant to take 10 shares of Rs.50 each as against 5 shares. Bye law No.22 on rights of membership talks about the right to receive the notice of demand from society if there is increase in minimum contribution of member in share capital.)
If yes we will immediately initiate the process .
Further, is it mandatory to raise Education & Training Fund to educate Members, Officers & Employees ?

Pre adission status of the case not getting the hearing date from last one year
Respected Member,
I have put a case against State Governement but the status of the case is shown as Pre Admission.Previously the date which is mentioned online just after 2-3 days my hearing was done.But since last one year the date which are mentioned online no hearing are done when I see the order it is always mentioned that "Due to pacuity of time the matter is adjourned". What is the procedure to get the hearing date so that my matter atleast be heard.
