There is a commercial arbitration proceeding ongoing between two partners in a pvt. ltd company engaged in media distribution business. There are certain points of disagreements between the partners regarding certain expenses and claims. I am an ex employee in a company of one of the partner. I am requested by my ex employer to appear and represent the company as a witness before arbitration in this disputes as I was handling the accounts of these company on behalf of my employer. In this regard, I would like to seek your advice on the following points
1. As an ex - employee what will be my liability as a witness in this case in my personal capacity if I appear before the arbitrator?
2. Could there be imprisonment or any criminal action against me in this matter.
3. Whether I should seek appropriate indemnities from my ex employer to cover myself and what should be the nature of the same
4. If I appear before the arbitrator, and if the matter goes into the court, then will I be called up in the court for the same.
5. Can I be held responsible for acts done during the course of my employment when done with the approval of my employer?
6. The period of dispute also includes some transactions done by my predecessor. Can I be held responsible for the same?
7. I am new to this arbitration proceedings and hence request your assistance as to whether I should accept the request of my ex-employer to appear before the arbitrator?
8. If I accept this request how should I cover the scope so as to keep myself protected?
9. Should I also consider buying a professional Indemnity Insurance cover in this case.

My brother father in law filled 498 on my dad and mom and me but husband name is not there..in 2012.my fathwr make out in newspaper regarfing no relation with him and his wife.....my father serve him a notice in 2014 to vaccate home as it is self owned of my father...against it brother wife filled d.v case against my mom..in she asked maintenance and right of reaidence...my brother is working and earning handsome amount .....my parents are near 76 and 72 age...can my parents file suit of evection and right of protection of life and property...the chargesheet has been filled in 2016 in 498 case...it is all malmaide case...and they wanted a share in my father self owned property...
Can u expert suggest me the best way or guide me....if any one wishes me to help...i would be very thankfull...

A stranger to suit, finds that his rights are getting affected by iA of that suit, can that person himself can implead in that iA? Or any other remedy to him pls clarify?

My relative is running chit finds locally and not registered and unable to repay the money totalling over 30 lakhs. He gave as loan to others and they are not paying now. He doesn't have property on his name. But his sons have properties. Can he file insolvency petition. Whether he can be convicted.

Father purchase land in 1989 in mother name we are 3 brother . father me &brotherhas contributor to make the 3 story bunglo on that land.during that my youngest brother was study & Haveing no contribution in the same.up to father alive all it's ok .sudden death of my father the sanorio has changed.
My mother is housewife Haveing no income source she is not normal some time she also belongs from village .has brain wash from my youngest brother his wife & relatives.
Now she is giving all the property to only youngest brother who was study have ing no contribution to built this house.
What options for we two brother in this case please suggest.

rented a shop on july 15 to june 16 @ 18000 pm. on 11 month rent agreement, after april 16 renter stopped paying rent , notice has been send for Possession and Recovery of Rent/Damages/Mesne profit on Nov 16 after one month renter vacated the shop without informing and without paying elec. bill @ 15000 , renter didn,t came to court therefore ex-parte ordered.
Should the renter pay the rent ?
What if he fail to pay the rent ?
Is there any provision for any action against renter ?

I and my brother leased out property which is ancestral in nature to a tenant for shop purpose at monthly rent of Rs 13,500/- as things stood thus tenant and my brother colluded and failed to pay the rents therefore I went and questioned the same, meanwhile tenant filed police report that I am trespassing the shop which was leased out only by my brother and police filed FIR u/s 448, 506, 34 IPC 1) Can I file Eviction suit on tenant by adding my brother as necessary party? 2) how to defend the criminal case?

Sir,
My deceased father filed written statement on 2005 in the trial court, after his demise on 2008 I & my brother are impleaded as legal heirs of him in the trial court even though we have independent right over the suit property through registered partition deed 16 years prior to filing of suit, at present only plaintiff’s side witness completed, Kindly let me know now can we amend my late fathers written statement in the trial court ? if so how
