My grandfather's property is gonna divide this month . My grandfather has a son and two daughters. He wants to give all property to his only son. Can my mother file a case asking for the partition in my grandfather's amcestral property.? It's been 25 years since my mother's marriage. But , since the property is gonna divide now, can my mother claim for the property??

I was issued a passport when I was 5 by my parents with original birth certificate. But now in my all certificates (education, adhar Card, Pan Card ) it is different. When I applied for correction of birth year in passport then asked me to produce a letter from municipal corporation stating cancelling of the birth certificate with their signature, which I tried doing it but they refused to do it. And I passed my 10th CBSE in 2009. As per CBSE rules I have to make the correction with in one year of passing the examination. Now I don't how to get the passport. Please someone help me to get the passport, I'm in a big mess now.

Sir, my grand father brought a land in 1995 by his own.later he wrote a agreement on my father and his brother and with my grandfather as three shares.but not registered.my grandfather sold his one third part to another person.later two days back we got to no that my grandmother (my father mother) and her daughter (my father sister) registered to others.how can we cancel that registration.please him.thanks in advance.

Trespassers comming into agritural land and distorting boundaries with group of people.
Have a complaint on Police station.
And approached local Advocate.He advoised to get induction order, he could not get it from court .....and suddenly Case is active status after 3 years.
Right now, this case no use for me...due to delay from court proceedings....The damage happend in ground.
1. How should I close this case, with out any negative remarks.
There is no use of Judgement from court.
Case - perpurtual injunction order
Please advise me, how to stop further proceedings.

dear sir
i have applied for passport in surat. while filling application, i mentioned the address of my shop, because i don't know that the passport can not be issued on commercial address. during police verification i said the address is of my shop and police verification reprot is no cleared. i got notice from passport office that you have suppress information and give the satisfactory reply then i visit passport regional office surat then he said you have to pay penelty of Rs. 5000/-
since there was no intention of suppress any information i have to pay penelty
what to do i don't want to pay penelty.
shop is in my name.

Three months back I had booked an flat in Manjari, Pune in Silver Plaza By A.S.S Developers, Phursungi. at that time issued checked cheque of Rs.1.10LAC.. but due to some financial problem we have cancel the booking of flat. At that time builder said us that he will returned our booking amount cheque after deducting 15% amount in next 15-20 days. Also they take written from me as I am cancelling the booking by myself. after that many time follow up for the money till now we don't have got cheque back. After calling for the cheque we are getting answer as next 5, next 10 day. Now we are fed with all this.Also his reception not giving us builder direct contact no.
Kindly advise me as can I lance complaint against builder in Consumer forum & what is the procedure for it. Kindly explain me in details as I m helpless for the same.

How can I proceed against govt. officer who deliberately delayed my application for building permit renewal? If I could prove that he submitted report against the facts and not collecting or examining the documents, can I claim compensation and initiate any civil or criminal proceedings against him?

Land Dispute
My father bought a land property from a old woman. Now, the old woman's daughters have filed a case claiming that our property should belong to them. But, the property which we purchased, was actually given to the old lady for her life by a local civil court ,after dividing the rest of the property among the daughters. Property belongs to whom now?
