ONE PERSON WHO HAS DONE DEFAMATION COURT CASE AGAINST MY FATHER WITHOUT ANY REASON AND WITHOUT ANY SENSE FOR TAKING REVENGE WITH MY FATHER AFTER THAT MY FATHER EXPIRED NOW THAT PERSON HAS ADDED MY NAME MY BROTHER NAME AND MY MOTHER NAME AS LEGAL HEAR IN THIS CASE WE AND ALL THE PEOPLE OF SOCIETY KNOWS THE CASE IS FAKE AND UNWANTED BUT DUE TO THIS WE ARE FACING MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY PROBLEMS KINDLY GUIDE US TO COME OUT OF THIS AND HELP US FOR JUSTICE

Dear sir, A District Consumer forum pass an order in my favour ex-party for payment of Rs. 10000 with 9% intrest. But nost specify 9% as a per annum or per Month. For enforcement of the order May i issue a certified order copy to the Opponents or File a Execution petition?

Sirs and Madams,
I have been very strangely accused of giving miss calls to my classmate who I have caught bringing copy chit to exam hall. I immediately reported to the invigilator. And she was sent out of the classroom. Now my classmate who got debarred from exams has filed a complaint in police station that since she did not pick my calls I have given false complaint about her to invigilator that she was copying in exam. Police yesterday have called on my cellphone and asked me to come and meet the Sub Inspector. I was not at home so I told I cannot come. Later I talk to a advocate who told that if they call again ask them to send complaint copy to your address. The police constable called again. and I told as I was told to do by the advocate. Upon listening this, he said tell me your home address. I did not tell my home address. I just told I want copy of the complaint which my classmate has given. He told he will somehow send me police notice. I said OK. When I get notice, I will reply through advocate like that I told and kept.
Now why I am writing this is, I want to know whether my classmates point will hold water. Because I never called her even once. On the other hand she was texting me on whatsapp and I was not responding at all, as she was bothering too much I replied two times. My version is this. That Never did I call her, nor did I text her. It was she who texted me. To which I responded once or twice. But there was nothing more than that.
But she is linking her copy chit to me giivng miss call to her which never happened. The text messages over whatsapp happened 2 years back. And our exams were in december last year.
Please seniors, gurus, learned men and advocates help me out.

NCDRC Judgements binding on all Consumer Forums? Sir/Madam, Like Supreme Court
of India judgements are binding on lower courts. Are the Central Information
Commission and State Information Commission decided cases/judgements a binding
on the PIO's and APIO's? The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
(NCDRC) and the state consumer forums of respective states in India's decided
cases/judgements a binding on all the District Forums in India? Why I am asking
this is. Related to my case there are various judgements given by CIC, SIC and
NCDRC, State Consumer Forum which are similar to my case. Hence can these
judgements be used in the case which I am fighting on my own at the District
Consumer Forum and at APIO and PIO levels? Are the District Consumer Forum
required to follow these judgements if I cite them in my case? If the consumer
forum or the SIC or the APIP or PIO do not follow the citations what to do
then? Can a complaint be made against them to the Appellate authorities?

Dear Sir,
If the landlord(s) of a cessed building (which is more than 80 years old and located in Mumbai) is/are lessees, can the tenants of the building go about redeveloping the property by approaching the Corporation?
I would appreciate your thoughts, views and opinions in this regard.

if someone took 2 personal loan but unable to pay the emi now but after 6 months he can be able t pay emi can bank do something legal against him

if someone took credit card from 3 different banks and use them pay them for 1 year as bill generated but after some time he was unable to pay the credit card bill what action should bank take as person wants to pay the credit card bills but unable to do so now days but after like 6 months he can start repaying

one of my colleague asked me for 70000 rs and I transfered the ammount from my wife's account.after that its almost 3 months passed but he didnt returned back money.i dont have any written agreement about this but have recorded conversations and msgs.in this case can i get help from law.

SIR MY WIFE DIED IN 2014 AND I RECD A DEMAND DRAFT ON HER NAME FROM A MUTUAL FUND CO IN INDIA.NOW I CONTACT THEIR OFFICE AND SUBMIT DOCUMENTS DESIRED BY THEM BUT THEY POINT OUT MISTAKE IN SPELLING IN MY NAME AS NOMINEE BY DECEASED WIFE WHICH ACTUALLY IS SPELLED IN THEIR RECORDS AS GAPALAN BHARATH INSTEAD OF GOPALAN BHARATH.
SO THEIR IS SPELLING MISTAKE IN SECOND LETTER. SO MATTER IS HELD UP.
WHAT IS SOLUTION . PL ADVISE.

Specify the civil courts jurisdiction
My father filed civil case claiming his removal was illegal and recovery of bonus and gratuity in 2003 he died in 2004 and our family members were included in the case it came for arguments now, the defendants haven't filed any evidence and know arguing that this case does not fall under jurisdiction of the court all these years they never confronted even in written statement filed by them please guide me how we can confront their arguments now please reply at the earliest
