I am working in Punjab Govt. Board situated in Chandigarh, as a Information Assistant on regular post for the last 20 years. My query is regarding seniority list of Information Assistants, wrongly finalized in my Board/department by the authorities and i was mainly affected by this. After that i file a CWP in Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh in the month of Nov-2017, which is pending. Secretary of the Board (IAS Officer) is pressuring me to withdraw the case, and he is mently harassing me that i will transfer you in some bad place of the office there will no time to think about your case. He asked me there is no benefit of court case, it is waste of money. Leave it. Three times he is insulted me in front of officers and my colleagues and junior staff. Now he is asking to administrative officer to transfer him from the computer section to some bad place. Please advise me i have any option to put this matter in Hon'ble court on coming hearing date ( i.e 31-Aug-2018). and what are the point i should put in the Hon'ble court. Please advise ASAP. Sir please give me some suggestions. As my advocate is not giving any solid solutions.

i was working for an organisation where faces mental harassment from my seniors and colleges. i even filed a police complaint but later i took my complaint back when the matter reached to my senior manager and did not filed the FIR. but even after the complaint, harassment continued and i left the organisation and joined the different place. Since this is a small world and at my current job, they knew the matter at my previous organisation and it affecting my job here too. One day, due to mental stress and i was under the influence of alcohol. i called up my previous organisation's recorded official line and used all the bad language including the religious remark to my ex-colleges. Later i was sa ked from my current job too with no clear reasons. They even filed a police complaint against me. Police called on my cell twice (I found it from true caller it�s from police). I also found that they filed a complaint to harasses me from police wala. I getting difficulties to get job another place. What I can do.

Respected members,. In a promissory note suit, Plaintiff stated for the first time in evidence, without any whisper in the plain, that he himself scribed the note. What advantage can the defendant derive out of it to win the case. Pls clarify. Thanks in advance

Hello Sir, I'm the groom.
Few months back my parents found a bride in Matrimony portal on January 2018 [resident of Bangalore, & origin is Tamil].
Our engagement happened on April 2018. [We wanted a family girl who doesn't work. Luckily she was 1 year free after completing her graduation and was jobless.]
Some background History :
From the beginning [till engagement] the father of the bride was not actively speaking with my parents or me.
Only her mother used to interact. She speaks to me over the phone often [Takes more time than Bride over phone].
I respect my elders, so I can't cut the call abruptly, so , I kept listening to all her conversations.
But, She always speaks bad about her Husband's family. How they tortured her. How they tried to stop her marriage.
She always praises about erself on how as a single woman she brought up her daughter.
One fine day before engagement the below conversation happened :
Bride's Mom : I want my daughter to work. She doesn't have value for work & money.
Me : We wanted a girl who doesn't work and take care of family very well.
Bride's Mom : Yes. I know. But, she should understand the importance of money and how difficult it is outside.
Also, she wants to clear her education loan by herself.
Me : She graduated a year back. Why she hasn't found a job all these time.
Bride's Mom : According to her horoscope her time is not good. Now she has good time to get even a stable Govt. Jobs as well.
Me : But Aunty, I don't want my wife to work. Are you asking her to work for educational loan alone ? If so i can take care of the loan.
Bride's Mom : No no. It will be very bad for me to put the loan on groom, I will never do that. I asked you only for her to realize the importance of money.
And the hardships we face to earn it. If you are not happy let's leave this topic.
After Engagement [Father started to get along well after engagement] :
My Fiance suddenly calls me and say's, I need to work. I got a notice. To pay educational loan.
I asked, we agreed that you won't work right ? Why suddenly you are changing the plan ?
She said, even you agreed to pay the educational loan.
I was confused. I'm in middle of office work and she was very nervous.
I don't remember signing a stamp paper to anyone that I'll bear it.
Still, I'm kind hearted. I asked her to calm down and said, "Please ask you parents to pay minimum emi at least. After marriage I'll pay the balance.
I never refused. I just told, I can't give you any money before marriage. My parents won't be happy. After , marriage I'll pay it.
She was blackmailing, If you trust me then pay now. Else police will catch me. I need to goto work.
I directly told, Inform my parents about this.
After a while, her father called me. Asking that i only agreed to pay the loan. And conversation went on This way.
From this day my life is messed up. I was called as cheater and faker for not paying the loan. They have our gold ornaments worth 1.5 Lakhs [that we gave for engagement] and still call me as cheater.
From that date till now lot's of cheap things they started to do. Lot's of meaningless arguments. I can't resist. They try to pull my mount. They Irritate me during sleep.
I NEED AN EXPERT ADVISE HERE.

Please help me in correct direction. What they can do next. How I can protect myself from these kind of scams.

I\\\'m looking to surrender my property against home loan to the bank under SARFAESI Act voluntarily. I\\\'m unable to continue with the EMI and haven\\\'t got any buyers yet. No EMI has bounced yet, but it will from this month. How should I work with bank so they can take possession and proceed with auction? I understand my credit rating will fall because of this.

During above mentioned registered sale deeds Rajvi Amar Singh transferred all of his Khatedari rights to the purchasers of the land .He also declared in his Ikrarnama that he and his sons did not have any right or claim on this sold land in future . To a great surprise the Khatedari of above land which was sold by Rajvi Amar Singh has been mutated in the names of his wife Jaswant Kanwar and his sons Rajinedr singh,Surinder Singh & Narpat Singh which is Unlawful change in land ownership.Rajvi Amar Singh’s family has no right /claim over the land which he had already sold through registered sale deeds. In lieu of the above facts the unlawful Khatedari of Jaswant Kanwar ,Narpat Singh,Rajinder Singh,Surinder singh be dismissed and the purchasers of the above land should get Khatedari Rights .Kindly Justice may be done .

My father-in-law's house property is lying in Chennai. He is no more now. He is inherited by his wife,three daughters and one son.Now we want to build flats through a builder under JDA method. Builder agreed to construct six flats of different measurement. and ready to offer only four flats for us. Mother-in-law is willing to opt out and not ready to accept cash also
equal to her share. On the contrary she has advised us to share her portion of cash or land equally. Because of her offer we have gained extra space of area in flats offered by the builder.Now we would like to know how to treat her offer. whether it is treated as Gift and attracts Gift Tax. If so at what rate. PS:Necessary Legal Heir Certificate obtained after the death of my father-in-law.Any Legal Agreement is to be prepared in this regard? At what stage.?

Hi,
This is regarding mental harassment by my neighbour. We have been suffering mental torture for many years from our neighbour on the ground floor. The latest case is, we were installing split air-condition in our house and the unit has to be installed in the wall outside. This was being done at 3 pm as per society rules (after 2.30 pm the work can be done). Our neighbour took objection and told me to install the unit on top of our house. I asked her to complain to the society if she has any issues. After about half an hour, police came to our house and said that she had made a complaint about us. We explained to the police the details and they left. We have written a strong letter to the society and are awaiting their response. The next day of the incident we went to our local police station to file an N. C. Police said they do not file N.C. for civil matters and we should take it up with society and file a court case.
We need your advice on the next step as all our society members came to know that police had come to our place, which is not a good thing specially for respectable citizens.
Also, both my husband and I are retired hence we have financial constraints.
Please advice us so that we can stop this nuisance once for all.

Order vii rule 1 - execution petition
Dear Experts,
I am swetha. I filed maintenance case u/s ORDER VII RULE 1 against my husband.
At the end of the case court ordered rs.8000 per month with arrears from the date of filing.
Two years have gone after the order is passed. My husband has not given me the maintenance amount.
He is asking me to wait till 4 years so that he will be able to give me ONE TIME settlement amount
My Question is:
If I wait another 4 years, and if he deny the maintanance after 4 years, Can I file EXECUTION PETITION?
Because by the time 6 years would have been passed after the maintenance order is passed?
Will my EXECUTION PETITION be eligible after 6 years?
