Sir/madam
Since 1966 my family is settled in Rajasthan. My home state is Maharashtra. Recently I find out that we belong to Obc category in Maharashtra from our village Tehsil records.
Therefore I applied for obc certificate in Maharasthtra and tehsil officer in Maharashtra issued me obc cast certificate but now when I applied for obc Non Creamy Layer certificate they refused to issue it giving the reason that the three year income record of my father that I produced is from Rajasthan and my Ration card and aadhar card are also from Rajasthan and suggested to go to Rajasthan Tehsil and apply for only non cream layer certificate in Rajasthan.
Please guide me
1) I should apply for non cramy layer certificate from Rajasthan showing them cast certificate issued from Maharashtra. Won't be it illeagal?

I live in Rajasthan along with my family.Our family is originally from Maharashtra(My grandfather came in rajasthan in 1966,My father got his education from Maharashtra and I was too born in Maharashtra ).None of my family members have Obc certificate but we fall in obc category in Maharashtra therefore I applied for Obc certificate from Maharashtra and they issued it but now they have refused to issue me Obc Non Creamy Layer certificate giving the reason the reason that the three year income record that I produced and all other documents such as ration card are from Rajasthan therefore they can't issue it and they suggested me to take my obc certificate to Rajasthan and apply for Non creamy Layer certificate there. please guide me sir whether I should go to court against Maharashtra tehsil officers or Should i go to Rajasthan Tehsil according to there suggestion but I am afraid that it might be illeagal to take obc certificate issued in Maharashtra to get Non cream Layer certificate in Rajasthan. Please help.

Hello respected wise people,
My grand parents had 2 son ravi sharma n kishan sharma. They also had two houses . I am living in a house of area 1200 sq ftin Indore {MP} since 2000.
The house was in name of my Grandmother, she died in 2011. Then in 2016 my father {ravi sharma}died. After 6 month my grandfather also died .My grandparents used to live with uncle ,as it was bigger about 2000 sq ft.
First my grandmother died 2011
Then my father in 2016
Then my grandfather in 2017
The house in which I was living was registered to my grandmother .It's registry was in their custody. But some how my uncle kishan sharma took it from them.
He then succeeded in recording the two houses under his name in 2018 January.My father used to pay house taxes but he kept those receipt slips to my grandfather ,they were also taken by my uncle.there was no issue until today between as. Both house are only 200 m away from each other.
After my grandmother death no name transfer had taken place.we are still living in same house.
I asked uncle to give me registry of my house he denied.
I filed RTI in municipal corporation that how named transferred to my uncle.
They {municipal corporation}called uncle as routine and uncle denied to share those documents to me ,so I couldn't find how name has been transferred.
What can I do.?I m living in same house from 18 years continuously.

I am presently working in a govt department . I was selected on the basis of 2015 exam and before I joined I also cleared 2016 exam and applied for same department. Can I now resign from my present post to join the same department with same designation but different posting area??

If father dies .mother can be a kartha of the family...on behalf of minor sons and a daugter..
I think 2016 or 2017 in supreme court judgement said that monther can act as kartha

My grand father cultivated the bagar hukum land 1n 1960s .after he expired my brother got grant in his name in 1982...i hv filed partition suit in the year of 2005..at d time i hv not included the above property in to the suit schedule property now 2018 is it possibke to amend d plaint and add the above said property which is stands in the name of my brother

A,B,C,D,E,F,G&H constituted a firm in 2005, H was studying at that time , husbands of A,B&C decided to make them working partners of firm , also where in D was the actual partner signed according to deed & D also happens to be husband of A. They forged one of the stamp papers of deed and made A, B,C as working partners of firm.
In course of years D being the man behind controlling firm gave unlawful salaries to first relations of B,C,E,F&G and decresaed the capital account of the firm.
H came to know all of this after 13 years after he finished his studies and when he started questioning none responded, also H has 5% partnership in the firm.
So H wants to plea in court but can�t as firm is unregistered. Now all partners except H want to sell of the property and firm so is there a possibility that he can get an injunction from court.
Are there any irreparable damages on which such an injunction can be sought.

Personal loan default
Dear sir/madam
i took the personal loan one of the private bank. loan amount 2.0 lak, but 2016 feb to feb 2019 36 month monthly emi also will paid. but now i can't pay due to financial problem and also bossiness in last 7 month but i fear now they are so many phone calls to me. Now i fear they go court fraudulent and forgery case but my situation very bad but i will paid shortly with in the period of the final date of loan closing anybody help to how to handle this problem please....
